For the last 2 years Timezone: Pacific time (PST) Why do you believe that you deserve the rank? (150 Word Minimum) Why I find myself deserving There are many reasons why I do/do not deserve the rank. However I think I have the capacity for the rank because, no matter how much you look at my record and critique every time something bad has happened I have never given up on the server. I feel that shows a unique dedication that may help prove my point. No matter how many times I have been warned or banned I have always returned to try again because whether or not some people believe I want to be a good person on this server. Another reason I might say I am fit for the position of Trial Moderator is the sheer amount of time I have on the server. Most people from back in 2019 have either resigned or left in some form. There are still a lot of people left from that time, don't get me wrong but it's becoming more scarce as time goes on. Another reason I believe I am deserving of the Trial Moderator rank is because after so much time I have mastered the MOTD and know almost all the in’s and out’s of it. This can prove very much beneficial to the staff team as my knowledge will be very helpful. Finally another reason I might find myself deserving is how much time I put in the server. I put in bare minimum 6+ hrs a day. Sometimes I don't get on because I play other games but I do get on for a very large majority. Some reasons why others may not think I am deserving Somethings I often see with myself that others see is that I have almost a habit of minging this I would say has caused some strenuous damage to my reputation as well as pissed a few people off and in my opinion is probably the #1 peev most people have with me. This has also caused some major damage to my RP reputation that has caused getting certain positions to be very much more difficult this includes the one I am trying to now attain. Another thing that some people may say that might bring up some questioning is I have a tendency to do something utterly stupid. This I admit has caused some serious trust issues and relations with people around me since sometimes I am at a point where I am 1 word away from doing something dumb. My Rebuttal All the above things I would 100% say are cause for at the very minimum concern for what may happen if a staffing power was given to me but I believe most people can agree that over time I have been improving my mingy habits and have by now almost dissolved them to the point where I am hardly as bad as before. I would also like to say that the reasons for my mingyness back then at least we're from a COMPLETELY different reason, some Medical, some IRL and some because I was not being responsible. One that I will only discuss with SMT due to its sensitive nature and privacy. However in contradiction to that I have received help with all of those things and they are now barely what they once were. As for my randomness in making bad decisions I have learned from previous mistakes i.e listening to other people who tried getting me banned from the server permanently without appeal. I have also learned how to control my wildness since even in real life I tend to have some randomness and can make bad decisions out of nowhere. Conclusion (TLDR) You should accept me because regardless of how many times I have gotten in deep shit I have always tried again even when times were rough with my reputation I still try to push on in the server everyday and never abandon it. Even in spite of the fact that I was super mingy I still figured out a way to rectify my behavior and become someone better and even with 33 warnings I still press on and try to improve myself for the betterment of my own person and for this server's future. Though some may still argue my trustworthiness I am 100% sure that if SMT decides on accepting this they will not be disappointed and neither will this community and its players. At first I would gauge the severity of the insults why attempting to calm said person down. If the insults are that severe or he refuses to calm down then I would gag them. I would then ask for the reporting player for any time of videos or screenshots and I would look through the logs. Once I have seen sufficient evidence then I would proceed to warn the said individual for "RDMx(insert number) and Staff diss then request a administrator to initiate a 1 week ban. Q4: There is a player abusing a known bug, and he has been reported to staff. He swears he followed the server rules when you talk with him. What's the best way to handle this? Due to the situation I would ask for evidence from the reporting player and if it looks like he is lying and blantenly abused it then I would warn for Bug abuse and lying to staff. However If there is no evidence and or does look like genuine mistake I would verbal because there is no need to warn an individual who very likely made a genuine mistake Please note, in the scenario questions we are not expecting perfect answers. (150 Word Minimum): I honestly believe that I can be staff because I am pretty active on the server mostly getting my play time in the morning and night time (which if you don’t see mean it's cause I’m a D-Class and CI main) . Ranging anywhere from playing 30 minutes a day to 5+ hours (really just depends on real life things). I am very experienced with being a staff and know how to use logs and ulx commands. I am a very hard person to make mad and I get along with just about anybody. I absolutely LOVE talking to people and have heard I am easy to talk to and friendly. I have zero warnings while having over 1 week of playtime and being a part of the community for about a year. Another good thing that would make me different from other applicants is that I am active on off hours, which honestly is when staff can be needed the most. Yes, I may not be the MOST active, however I am most likely always on during off hours and having that prior staff experience. I would ask them to please stop and to just relax, if the cursing continued I would gag them and proceed to explain to them why they are there in the first place and why I gagged them. I would then ungag them and allow them to explain to me why they thought to do this, after I would inform them that they will be warned for staff disrespect and MRDM. I would then call an admin over to give them a 5+ day ban. Q2: You are involved in a staff sit that involves 5 different players. The players begin to get frustrated and the sit becomes very toxic and unproductive. What would you do in this situation? If the sit became out of control I would gag everyone that is in it. If required I would ask for another admin to help out with the sit. I would then proceed to ungag them one by one to hear each side of the story and hand out punishment as needed.

As currently there are no set rules for these rules. 1. SCP's that are being Fed cannot attempt to kill/infect the people giving them the d-class nor attempt to breach their containment chamber. 2. SCP's are considered recontained when placed back in their containment chamber and uncuffed. SCP's may not attempt to re-breach after being released from cuffs/kill the person releasing him from cuffs till their NLR is up. The reason why these rules would benefit us is that SCP'S don't have too many rules about feeding/being recontained. I think these two rules will help with clarifying those things.

What are you suggesting? - I am suggesting that Behemoth can go back into D-block Seeing how Behemoth is a class that you have to work up to SSGT just to get, The majority of the time Behemoths are running around and doing nothing and what I am suggesting is Behemoth being able to help out Security when there's riots and get d-class on their own for Feeding SCPs, Behemoth is now a 225 175 Class making it have similar stats to a custom class and the Auger isn't that good of a weapon currently so I see no reason it shouldn't be allowed into D-block. How would this change better the server? - It will help Behemoth activity Are there any disadvantages of making this change to the server? Post name: SCP Decals What are you suggesting? - One thing I have noticed that happens a lot is people hopping on SCPs and not following the rules and playing them how they believe they should be played. I'm suggesting that there to be a Decal in every SCPs cc stating the specific rules on how to play the SCP so the player doesn't have to look through the MOTD to find the rules for that specific SCP How would this change better the server? - I believe that if this was added to the server then it will cut down on the Fail RP and RDM sits that are made on new SCP players because they don't look at the MOTD. Also it would help a lot for new players to understand the SCP more and how to play them. Are there any disadvantages of making this change to the server? If so, explain. - The only disadvantages I think this would have is making someone have to create a decal for every SCP and put it in their CCs, the other disadvantage would be it could cause some lag having so many decals around the map but I'm not too sure if it would cause lag. Other then that I believe it would be beneficial to the server. Who would this change mostly benefit? - This would benefit mainly everyone, SCP players wouldn't break rules for not reading the MOTD and help prevent them from getting warns. This will also help every other player on the server from getting RDM or other various Fail RP situations happening to them. Why do you want to become a Trial Senior Guard?: I want to become a trial senior guard as it would be a lot easier to help the NCOs in general but also with sims and to lead them in the right direction. It wouldn't only make it easier to help NCOs but also Royal Guards as whole, I want to show what I'm capable of doing as an TSG and show my loyalty and passion for the Royal Guards. To give promotions to those that deserve it is something I have been wanting to do but as a NCO you're limited. I want to help in leading this regiment to the top, and if given the chance I will not fail. Why do you believe you are ready for this position?: Despite my few hours compared to others on gmod I still believe I'm capable of TSG and with my mindset and being a quick learner will make it easier to grow and mature within the roll. I have a lot of firsthand experience with my fellow RGs in command and I have close connections in RG that gives me more experience with being an officer. I also believe I'm ready since I have increased the amount of sims/trainings I host for the battalion and my dedication will be shown even more if granted TSG. Welp here it is, my resignation. I have met a lot of people and have had such a good time with CI in the past 6-7ish months, I'll definitely still be around on some of my CC's but I wont be as active as I use to be. Its been an honor being in CI an being able to get up to CPT. The main reason I'm resigning is being burnt out, the server just hasn't felt the same lately. I ended up escaping and just walking around. Eventually someone said in ooc "son of a homie", in which I remembered the auto censor the server had, so I went ahead to a secluded area, and decided to see the censors of some words I remembered, such as noob=professional mate. I eventually typed in chat a certain 5 letter word, and boom, banned. I didn't know of there being a new system to autoban and I said the word with no bad intentions, and did so completely secluded.

Hello! My name is Emily and I’m the Head Gamemaster and a Super Admin for GamingLight Imperial Roleplay. I’m not really good at writing up resignation posts so, I’m honestly just gonna be typing how this server has affected and changed my life. Firstly, when I first connected to a GamingLight server, it was completely to just mess around and cause trouble. It was SCP, and connected to originally just enjoying myself! But, I got hooked and it moved onto something way more than I imagined. One of the first battalions that got me very interested was Nu-7, and I stayed in it for quite awhile. I loved hanging around some of the Officers and Command but eventually I took my leave to SCP. I loved the server but I wanted something more than just PVP and constant small drama. I eventually hung out with someone named Badaim who was a Veteran for GL, and we went to mess about in ImperialRP~! That was my first interaction I had on ImperialRP that made me wanna stay. It was so chill, relaxing and just fun to hang around in. Some of the people I’ve met while being there changed my attitude in life and just had an impact on me in general. If you asked me to name everyone, I couldn’t honestly. But thinking about leaving, and thinking about how most of them left does actually upset me a bit. But, I know that they’re doing them and being happy and I’m happy for them This server really has just made me happy. I’m not very good at writing these.. I even considered not writing on at all but I do wanna express that this server has brought me a lot of joy and happiness. I got up in the morning excited to hop on just to mess around and hang with friends! And I wanna write a list to @ everyone but honestly it’d be too long.. So, I’ll say this.. A lot of people on this server have affected my life in many ways and if you’re considering if you’d be on this list than you probably are. And I love, Love, LOOOOVE all of you to death.
