Before doing anything enforcing the rules wise, I would gather information and evidence from all parties. I would go only by facts and facts only because you cannot enforce a punishment through emotion or opinion. I will analyze my staff handbook and or other resources to enforce the rules on the rule breaker. BUT, if the individual kept cursing at me while I am trying to talk to them I would do the following. 1) Create a staff sit away from the RP environment 2) Bring the individual 3) Try to talk to the individual and explain what he/she did wrong and what is going to happen. 4) If I can't get a word out and the individual keeps interrupting me and cursing at me I will gag him/her and finish what I am saying, once I am done I will ungag him/her and get his/her side of the story. 5) Going by evidence and information collected, I will either enforce a punishment or use my discretion depending on the severity. Due to it being Mass RDM, there is no discretion to be used as it is too serious of a rule being broken. 6) I would then enforce the punishment.

Those ranks are a bit low, not saying it's bad to apply at those ranks but maybe try and get more experience first. Research escorting isn't everything, yes escorting is a decent chunk of guardian, but you will also be doing other stuff.

- support As I do agree the sit wasn't looked at properly, I don't think he should get in trouble for one bad sit. As shown on the left hand side of the screen there were other sits waiting that I know he was trying to get through (being one of the only active staff at the time). People make troll/false sits all the time so I can see where he would get annoyed thinking hes getting his time wasted. *I do think he shoulda looked at the video first before closing the sit and ruling it not body block* but people make mistakes. Im sure he will be more inclined to treat "smaller" sits more professionally in the future. Ive also personally seen a lot of staff neglect their sits, some of which are in the comments.

-Support Teamspeak is way more easy to use than Discord as Teamspeak provides multimoving (Moving more than one person at a time) Also Teamspeak is easier to manage as it is less laggy to use when playing Garry's Mod as you know Garry's Mod is not a very well optimized game also Discord does not provide the finder tool where you can put in a name to see what channel someone is in Discord also likes to bug out from time to time If people don't want to use or download Teamspeak then they are usually on the server just to minge Teamspeak also has so much more features that Discord doesn't have so no All in all Teamspeak is a more viable application to use

This has always been a big topic that I have heard a lot of. When joining anything (Regiment/Branch/Battalion) amongst any of our servers TeamSpeak client 3 (TS3) is required for them. I feel it pushes people away from our servers when they hear the words “TeamSpeak is required to join” or the question of “do you have TeamSpeak” is asked/said. TeamSpeak is our main source of communications for the servers with it being used for all staff affairs and in game communication. However Discord offers the same features as TS3. it is also a lot more convenient for a lot of people, especially new players that are either joining a Gmod RP server for the first time or a Serious person who really just does not like TeamSpeak. discord also offers the same features as TS3 with being able to move people as needed, Giving tags allowing people to do certain things, and keeping password protected channels to those who contain the correct tags, it also contains the ability to implement talk power. It also allows more options such as force mute. I personally can’t see any flaws with using discord over TeamSpeak. It has the potential to keep new players in the server and active. It would also set us apart from a lot of other servers. We even have the voice channels inside of the discord’s. Which leads the question why should we even use TeamSpeak? I would like to hear other people’s input as to if they would prefer making the change to discord over TS3 this may have been suggested before but hey, let’s see how this goes.
