Greetings my fellow d-class I will be taking a long LOA for a while but fret not I will return to see how things are in d-block once in a while. I can for sure say d-class is the best branch to be apart of even though its nor really considered a branch. Out of every branch that I have tried out d-class was the most enjoyable I have seen d-class are probably one of the most organized groups in the server because we all share one goal to cause havoc and flee. D-class is one of the hardest things to play it requires a lot of strategy and quick thinking you don't just run up and try to kill GenSec brainlessly hell the only reason I was in GenSec was because they wanted my knowledge of d-class and how we riot of course I never gave them all my good strategies but I did give them some good pointers. (150 Word Minimum): I'm always looking to help and improve, I feel that as a staff member I'd be able to more effectively do so. I'm very mature when I need to be and I can effectively deescalate situations through verbal communication and simply listening to both sides. I hope my lack of experience doesn't dismay anybody in choosing me for staff. I'm hoping to learn and improve my skills as a T-Mod so I can live up to the expectations set before me. I'm aware of the rules and guidelines set before me and I'm willing to follow them to the word. My activity is much greater than many other applicants as I'm on for anywhere between 4 and 8 hours on weekdays and I can exceed that on weekends and breaks from school. I'm also relatively active during late hours. I'd like to be able to resolve conflicts between players so RP and morale can improve overall. I'm respectful to everyone I come across and I wouldn't lose this aspect of myself in becoming a T-Mod. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you?: First I would bring both the accused and accuser to a sit room. Then I would get any info from the person who reported. I would request any evidence and would check combat logs to see who instigated. If the accused starts cursing and won't stop after being respectfully asked to stop multiple times, I would give them a verbal warn for staff disrespect and I would proceed to gag them for the remainder of the sit. If it turns out they had Mass RDMed, I would inform them of their mistakes and issue a formal warn for Mass RDM x(however many were killed). I would then call any available Admin+ to come and issue the 5 day ban that accompanies a Mass RDM warn.

But on Fridays and Saturdays I can no life it. I´ve also been an SF before so I´m pretty familiar with SF so it´ll probably benefit. With my high level of discipline and respecft I can give that too to the SF so that they can become and even better batallion. If his mature and knows/realize when to give out /bans warns sure +support but if his the type who will do anything to warn/ban someone it might be a -support

+ Support He's been on everyday for a large amounts at a time, and not to mention I've never seen him actually get in trouble. He has a good relationship with the community and knows how to act without being biased. He is a perfect candidate for Staff
