Denied Okay, so this is a very unique situation, and I would like to be as concise while explaining the reason for this denial. This report is a mixed collection of disagreement and some not so respected actions from one of our staff members. That staff, Ryzen, has already resigned from his position and can no longer face any punishments staff wise. To address the two reasons for the report... Racism: A large handful of the global SMT team agrees that the claims of racism do not match with the language ryzen used. It can be more interpreted as a base onto how a certain moment in history began, rather than a targeted attack towards a certain race. Sexual Harassment: SMT on every server treat any sort of sexual harassment claim with extreme caution and careful analytics of the entire situation. We are not condoning the actions of the accused, as they are not permitted here for any staff member to do, but some concerns did arise when the messages show they are from a month prior, which, if the actions of the accused were as urgently concerning as they are made to be in this post, it should have been reported sooner. I did attempt to gain some context of previous actions of the sexual harassment claim, but , it is not fair to push our staff into taking the blame for this not being reported to management (which these should always come to) until now. Once again, we do NOT condone the actions, but the specific parts of this case makes it difficult to punish the player. - PoliceRP SMT

What are you suggesting? - I wish for this prop to be blacklisted because it is being abused. How would this change better the server? - It will end abuse of the prop, and it will prevent minging with this prop before it even grows into a large issue. While I agree Zoey does have flaws I think that you have grown from them and have shown you can be mature and a good player. I would say you do need to work on the issues stated above, but I don't think it would hurt to give Zoey a chance at staff and see how you preform. Overall +support Good luck Zoey

+/- support M8VP. I have known you for a while. I have known that you have been a good player and a person to talk with. I remember the day that i was hanging in the ci teamspeak and hoovy came in on his main and questioned you about that msg. I do understand that you may have changed over the time. But I do not see an idea of a full staff restriction lift as you did esentially threaten the server. Which when hoovy came in (i dont remember if this is true) you said you dont know what he means. Then heh posted chat logs he had. I feel like you should have a 1 month staff restriction to give it 1 more month. But i do agree with a reduction of this restriction. If it gets fully lifted i suggest you stay on watch if you make it back into staff. i'm not saying this on basis of friend/relationship. I'm saying this from standpoint as staff. But personally i do agree with a full lift.

+Support for changing NLR from 2 minutes to 3 minutes for Gensec CCs to see if this makes things more balanced. Simple Solution to implement Doesn't change any of the paid options for the CC Gives a needed nerf to the CCs Will make the most people happy as a compromise

You were leaving bunks as trainee multiple times as a trainee which you aren't supposed to do. You were running around LCZ and minging as Trainee. And the recording only shows me putting you in bunks not the full story of you running all around LCZ and screaming at me when i put you in bunks. This recording doesn't show the wrong things you did at all. Yes I shouldn't be using my physgun off duty but i think doing that is better then just gunning you down, which is what we usually do.

I think you guys are forgetting the fact that there were staff members on duty at the time. Me breaking a rule does not allow someone to break a blatant staff handbook rule. He told me he didnt care and to report him when I said I was recording. Hes a Senior Moderator striving to become a Admin yet he cant follow one of the simplest rules in the staff handbook?
