What are you suggesting? - Security CCs get an adjustment to their rules, right now, they are a Custom Class with 200 HP, 200 Armor, and MTF tier weapons. I would like to see that either their NLR is adjusted to an MTF tier class, around 3 minutes instead of 2, as the reason Security has 2 Minute NLR is to balance the fact that they are the weakest combat branch. An alternative to this is to remove their ability to enter HCZ/EZ and act as if they are an MTF with a 2 minute NLR. Security CCs have not been doing their job as security, and instead are taking MTF's job, while also doing it better, as they spawn in LCZ, which can be a better position, say midway through a CI raid, so CI are across the facility from MTF, and only have 2 minutes of NLR. Either Security CCs should have to do their job as security and stay in LCZ, instead of being MTF with 2 minute NLR, or have their NLR adjusted to 3 minutes. How would this change better the server? - Currently, Security CCs are more of a defending force than MTF. They are constantly patrolling HCZ, stopping raids and breaches, taking MTF's job from them. They do this better than MTF because they are custom classes who can come back every 2 minutes instead of 3. This is an issue towards MTF activity, as their job is taken and it decreases morale, and this hurts security too, as they don't have people defending D block, as all their high ranks are on CCs in HCZ. This discourages security as they are wiped out without their high ranks, and then they get off, hurting security activity. Are there any disadvantages of making this change to the server? If so, explain. - The only real disadvantage is that the people who own the CCs are most likely not going to be happy with this, as it is a nerf. +support to the highest degree Not only does it infuriate me to get mowed down with a Negev after killing the guy like 2 times just for another short NLR but as an scp player half the time I have consistently seen security ccs with their brand new Negev, leave d block, camp a checkpoint for the scp to come LCZ and then mow it down without even telling MTF, calling it out and thinking it’s their job now is just a piss take. gensec ccs only exist to exploit the gensec nlr system and get a good spawn, if u make the spawn the same as MTF as well as the NLR time I doubt we would have any gensec ccs at all.

I don’t think I need to remind anybody on here that suggestions are not the place for you to hash out beef with any other branch or person, so here’s what we’re going to do. I’m not going to lock this because I believe this type of change should be throughly talked about from the community, HOWEVER, any arguing from this point on, whoever it is, will either receive a demotion from their rank or a short ban on the server, depending on the situation. Suggestion: Anyone interested in having a custom class in a branch (GENSEC, MTF, CI) must meet and communicate expectations between the branch high command and the CC owner. The CC owner and all people on the CC must comply with the branch's SOP, and would have a rank within the branch. This coordination would address issues within this suggestions, such as restricting certain CCs from certain locations, and is better managed by the branch's command members, who regularly deal with these types of issues on a day to day basis. Benefits: + CC Owners and Branch Command able to communicate expectations and restrictions clearly + CC's having an RP rank allows them to still fall under normal command structure, promoting a better sense of unity rather than just having CC's that do whatever they want + Individuals with CC whitelists are held individually accountable for misconduct, and can be punished accordingly, rather than an entire CC developing a poor reputation Cons - Will require enhanced coordination and communication between branch command and multiple individuals. I recommend keeping communication between the branch command and CC owner, and having the CC owner be responsible for communicating expectations to the people on their CC. - May result in less interest in CC in the Foundation Branches, as people will need to comply with SOPs, which some people purchase CCs to specifically not have to do so.

+Support Ngl we are MTF CCs that spawn in LCZ so I agree to make our NLR 3 mins but I disagree with restricting Security CCs to just LCZ. You have to remember that in order to go into HCZ as a CC you either have to be CMD or be a CPL+ with permission from WO+, and to go into EZ you have to be a SM+ with a MAJ+ escort.

Well at this point its almost impossible to break through D block as a D class whether your a CC or not because of how good they are against D class. I Believe they should need to wait a 3 minute nlr I feel that would balance D block pretty well

The new RND class is not just in combat, Also I haven’t even done the sop for the new rnd class yet, so I cannot understand how you know exactly what the class is and I don’t.

-Support you dont need a branch update, you dont need anymore classes, 17 is plenty already. your role is not to curbstomp mtf your role is not to one man army the entire facility you already have numbers on your side most of the time. if you keep making your branch stronger and stronger all you will do is create an environment of complaining and bitching.

Today marks my last day with SRT after 6 months and 3 weeks with the department. During my time here, SRT has been nothing but a home to me and it is by far the best department for me personally in my experience. This department was a blast to manage and the members were very sincere and kind. I don't have one ounce of regret when it comes to believing in and putting my best effort into SRT. With that being said I want to make some mentions. MiKeY - You've been my best friend on this server for a long time and I'm greatful for the opportunity you gave me in being High Command. It was great running the department with you, and even when you ran it alone you've always done a fine job. I'm sure you'll continue to do so. Kitty - You are hands down the most pro driver in SRT. Or, the server? Thanks for the mems. Deathstriker - Hopefully one day we get to hunt your brother again. Keep grinding man. Masterson - We go back to CERT and you're one hell of a partner. This is where that comes to an end sadly but I hope you make it far man. SupremeLord & Pikus - You guys are pure grinders. I'm excited to see how far you go in SRT. Why are security CC so thick anyway? 200 Health And Armor to me starts making you a threat to CI. Anything below that you might as well be a turkey to shoot unless your a sniper. These guys are better then E11 enlisted with there better guns and higher armor/health. HOW AND WHY!? They are security. Are'nt they supposed to be weaker then MTF?

HUGE -Support. All I see is that CI just want to be OP so they take out everything that gets in their way (no offense). This is just a another useless suggestion that makes it so CI can get INTO D-Block faster. Also NEVER as my days as MTF have I seen a GenSec CC even BE in HCZ besides escorts. Now I don't speak for Nu7 but I don't see GenSec taking MTF's job, I get they (sometimes) help when a SCp in LCZ but that it. Honestly this is such a stretch to get rid of something that isn't a big thing. I truly don't understand why people are complaining why GenSec cant be in HCZ. This is from GenSec SOP. So you would LEGIT be changing the SOP. Yes its a FACT that they are the weakest branch. Why you may ask? Because they go against D-CLASS who are barely armed and can be terminated easily. However, there are time where D-Block is over run by D-CLASS. So why should they get their NLR timer 'buffed'. This part of your suggestion has NOTHING to do with CI. Which goes back to my first point. Also (my last point), The fact that this is lowkey branch diss but I digress. This is another stretch to say GenSec doesn't do their Job. But also, last time I checked. THEY PAID FOR A CC so why shouldn't they be able to get weapons, HP, and Armor that they PAID for?????
