Alright so basically back in march I was on a training exercise in the field shooting blanks rounds doing ambushes and shit, however on my second to last day to going back to camp we got told that we would be going home for 6 weeks and that out platoon was the only one in the company that wasn't in quarantine for suspected covid-19 and that we were also the only one on this week long exhausting exercise. Why am I saying this? Because That was March 21st and now its July 9th, and Its been around 15 weeks since I left and 9 weeks since we were mean't to go back. Thus the Army (British) has finally said enough is enough and now wants me and everyone as camp back in stages. I go back July 12th... Thus this is goodbye for now boys, I gotta go finish my first phase of training and go through hell until August 8th, around 4 weeks. It' s gonna be fucking hell but I could use a break from 'RDM RDM RDM RDM RDM' so for now this is goodbye. I am going on long term LOA for CI in tomorrows meeting and have already put forward a same rank temp resignation in MTF Nu7 last Sunday. Wish me luck boys love you (not) weird Americans. (I'll really miss my fellow Brits) Basically, long term loa going back to the Army for a bit, see you in 4-5 weeks.

-Support I believe that going out of your way to report someone that trusted you for personal gain on a Garry's Mod server shows your immaturity and how impatient you are to receive any staff rank you strive for. Lore Name: Geeman Amatin Rank: Junior Researcher SCP: 173 Question / Idea: Will 173 continue to show aggression to a individual that doesn't impair his movement? I suspect that one of the main reason 173 is so aggressive is because he doesn't like his movement being impaired. I'm hoping this test will shed some light on the entities extremely violent actions. Background Research: Their has only been one incident of 173 ever sparing a individuals life. This individual was suffering from suicidal tenancies and as such, exposed himself to 173 hoping for a quick death. For reason unknown however, when he closed his eye's 173 refused to kill him. Why he did this is as much a mystery as the entity is itself. I want to know if a individual can achieve the same results. Hypothesis: Without his movement being impaired, 173 will show no hostile intent towards the subject and refrain from harming him. Observations (What Happened During Test): For this Test, Two D-class Personnel where obtained. One was given a heavily tinted blindfold and instructed not to take it off under any circumstances, or face termination. The other was told to stand next to the man once in the test chamber close his eyes upon being instructed. When the door was finally opened, both d class were escorted by myself and one GENSEC personnel while also keeping an eye on 173. The D-class where tied to post in the middle in the cell and all foundation personnel vacated the CC. I then used the cells broadcast system to instruct the second D class to close his eyes. After approximately 2 minutes, the cell was reopened. Both D-class personnel, to my surprise, where unharmed. The second one had his eyes closed and the others blindfold was still in place. However, no sign of 173 was clear, as such i cautiously entered the cell and saw him waited at the corner of the cell door, seemingly hoping to ambush me. While security personnel watched 173 i had the D class removed from the cell and the door shut once more. Unfortunately, before i could question them to what occurred in the cell, a containment breach occurred and 049 and one 049-2 instance entered the room. 049 fleed while his instance attacked security personnel who managed to terminate them, i managed to stay back and avoid harm thankfully. the D-class weren't as fortunate as both were killed by the 049-2 instance during the fight. Evidence/Visual Stimuli: {ERROR} DATA CORRUPTED! Analysis / Conclusion (What Could Of Caused The Results): SCP-173 has shown to be more capable than we previously thought, Further security precautions should be considered for future interactions. Was Your Hypothesis Correct?: Yes, and more. SCP-173 has shown not only he wont attack a individual that cant restrain his movement, ( At leas this time. ) He has also shown a ability to learn and adapt. cant you get your sniper at like lcpl or something? which is getting the M82 right? we can only get sniper at SFC and considering how close range Dblock is it's good, buit if a decent dclass rushes you then you'll likely die, although i do agree that the M82 is very good. the stats say this but we tested the gun and its barely better then the AMD, the only reason we picked this is because the ADS has a clearer view. The jugg rn is basically useless, literally every other class has some cool level jobs, except us, we aren't even asking for a massive change just a buff and then making it an application job so it's something people will want to work towards and can take some sort of pride in having, the M60 does decently well close up but does atrocious at range and the nova is a good shotgun but relatively slow and not huge amounts of damage so should balance it out. XRCF is a command rank in RCF, so you have to get to SGT go through JRCF and RCF and then reach XRCF, also this is a class designed too fight SCPs, we don't flag up for CI or dclass breaches, only escorts into HCZ and SCP breaches, so why can't we have this when you can only get this class at SGT+ XRCF when E-11 can get it at PVT, which is there RCT. the ithica doesn't seem anywhere near as good since the weapon change, the only good thing it ever really had was it's range, which yes, it still has but why would you use a shotgun at range, besides, most shotguns are either quite good or not good at all and we purposefully left the pretty bad AR on the riot control so it wouldn't be too powerful. Also the ithica has 5 shots, which even if you hit all of them could take out maybe 3 Dclass, then you have to reload or swithc guns and at that point you're likely going to die if you're on your own.

+Support, some good changes for security giving us weapons that are at least usable by lower enlisted and guns that aren't the L85's for LCMD, RCF getting a shotgun is a good idea, they're meant to fight SCPs not humans and shotguns are a pretty good way to get damage out in close quarters for anyone that wants to say XRCF getting a shotgun would be OP please take into consideration XRCF isn't an easy thing to get, with security needing to be in D-Block 90 percent of the time so getting the rank of XRCF is a decently hard thing to do and are only aloud to flag up for defcon 4 or HCZ escorts and even then that's limited due to dblock riots.

I know this will be a shock to all and it's so sudden, but I've been thinking about this for a long time . However it's time to move on. I've got to focus on college and my personal life. I've been on gaminglight for a very long time, I believe its 2-3 years. When I first joined, my goal was to make new friends, join the staff team and help and reach a high rank in staff. All of these goals were reached and I just want to say thank you to those who helped me along the way. It does make me sad to leave the staff team, but I have to do this for my personal life. I will miss all the fun times I've had on each server. But don't worry, I won't leave gaminglight. I'll still be on the servers to rp and have fun daily. I will just be leaving staff as I no longer have time for it. To these people I mention, you guys are the best! If I don't put your name in, it's just that there is a lot of names and do not take offence if I don't put your name in. Zeeptin- The greatest owner of a community I've ever met. +Support He does an extremely good job as E11 VCMDR. Also he did the right thing. No matter how you word it did the right thing and reported a staff member for refusing to do his job he signed up for. You can say he "betrayed a friend" But in the end he did what was right, even if it was a friend, and it must of been hard to do. If anything this makes him even better as it shows he's not biased and does what is right, even if friend. It shows that he is not biased and will do the right thing even if it hurts him or a friend. I don't see what he did to be wrong as he did the right thing and I also believe that it is not a valid reason to -support.
