A fun little animation I made in about 30 minutes in Source Film Maker. Not the highest quality, but I'm learning.

It’s been a long time coming, but I just don’t have the fire to keep going in CI anymore. I’m not enjoying raids as much, and less people are showing true activity to get promoted to higher ranks. tl;dr: I’m not enjoying the branch anymore. Some people who kept me going: Comrade - The minge himself. You slowly grew from someone doing CI for fun to taking it much more seriously, and now you’re one of the best from RND, and you’ve just been a great friend that I can send my horrible memes to. Kami - I know you already resigned, and you probably didn’t know this, but you were the reason I joined CI. When you left Gensec after I trained you, I slowly realized what it ran like and fell more and more into a hole, and I wasn’t enjoying MTF at the time, so CI was a good option for me, and it was just because a random LCPL in Gensec named Kami did it. (don’t you dare call me a fucking simp) October - In my opinion, the best member of command. I can tell you used to be a commander, because you are sweet af but can be terrifying a second later. Stay in contact with me, I’m sad to lose you. Outcast - He’s not on GL anymore, but his dumb mingery and jokes made me slowly learn how to talk someone into commands, as I had to keep telling him to stop doing things, so inadvertently, him being a dumbass got me promoted Kraunch & Pocketsand - The inactive warriors themselves who I had a lot of weird conversations with, who I wish I could talk to more. Luci made me apply. but i know itd be a fun experience because ive been it many times. Plus we need one. I've helped STs grow as a legit regiment, along with the scout troopers. Its pretty fun to be an ST, leading a group of the good STs and helping people join battalions. And it would just offer a better overall experience. Id like to lessen the mingy image of the STs, and my past years of experience could be very useful to fall back on to play as one on the server. 4. How much game time do you have on the server? Around 6 days in game TIME, about 1 month actually active on the server. 5. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch? Being a commander is being the spearhead for a branch meaning he is the one that is always ahead, leading his troops, not just commanding them but being with them, he is the one that sets the example for the rest of the troops and makes all of them a role model for themselves and for every other branch. A commander creates a healthy environment among themselves and every other regiments, making sure they follow order from their own branch and any other officer that requires them. 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? : I have experience being a commander, and through my experience as anyone else I've committed mistakes but have learned from them, and managed to overcome said issues to improve myself and improve others. As well as becoming a good role model for the troops and keeping them in order by also making sure all of them are happy and content but also follow orders and know when to get serious. 7. Why do you WANT to become a Senior Event Team Member?: I would love to be able to do more interesting events, which would be afforded by some of the freedoms that come with the rank. I love being a part of event team and getting the opportunity to affect people's day on the server, ideally giving them a positive experience with something interesting to break the usual day-to-day operations of the server. I also think that we should a mega-event every week after our meetings on Fridays, where most, if not all, of event team gets together and works on one event. Give an example of a mega event: I really like the idea of doing multiple events over an extended period of time, creating your own sort of canon and major recurring characters / actors. I'd love to orchestrate a set of massive events that tell a story in phases. The first phase would be the introduction of the Children of the Scarlet King, a cult looking to retake SCP-231-7 from the foundation, one of the brides of the Scarlet King. They would attempt to raid the foundation and retrieve her. The final phase would be a massive boss monster that represents the Scarlet King himself, and MTF would be tasked with taking him down. What do you consider to be the best event you have ever created: My favorite event thus far was an 008 event. I really enjoyed it because it was an amazing spur of the moment event. We saw an opportunity arising, and we took it. A researcher was talking in foundation comms about how another researcher accidentally allowed a d-class that was exposed to 008 go back to D-Block without decontamination of the subject first. When I saw that, I knew that I absolutely had to take advantage of that situation, so I claimed the event slot on the trello and immediately hopped on admin to start the event. We had MTF and utility involved, fighting back the zombie hordes to retake 008's CC and repair it. I would love to do more events like that, ones that form naturally out of the RP that is currently happening on the server. People seem to really enjoy those. As a Senior Event Team member, I think it would be a lot easier to make those kinds of events happen, as well. Hello, my name is Raymond. Let me start off by saying I've been playing on the SCP server on and off for the past year or so, and I want to say I think you guys have done a great job with it. I feel that my only complaint, as someone who plays D-Class a lot, is that it can sometimes get boring when you're waiting by the security area or during a lockdown. Occasionally, some D-Class (including myself) will spawn props to create little areas that add a little more fun or excitement. An example of this is during a lockdown, we had a "Pizza Party" Where I spawned balloons, plates, pizza, among others things to make a setting that people can interact with while they're waiting for the lockdown to be lifted. Unfortunately, because of the MOTD rules of the server, I am constantly finding admins removing my props. Now don't get me wrong, I 100% understand the concern with prop spawning (especially with D-Class). People can easily block areas and can cause an overall inconvenience, but here's the thing. To even have the ability to spawn props you have to donate to the server. I feel like this alone should be a great way to prevent trolls or minges from abusing the ability to spawn a prop. If I'm donating for perks, and one of those perks is to spawn props, I feel it's only fair that I have the ability to spawn a prop as long as it's not blocking anything or just there to cause an inconvenience. If this idea is put in motion, you can always add restrictions such as: -Allowing it only in the cell block area -Blacklisting bigger props (or props used to block areas) -Whitelisting players (which is already technically done via donating) Even if this suggestion is declined, I still think that if you are against D-Class spawning any sort of prop, then you should make it impossible for the class to spawn props at all. Like I said, I really appreciate how you guys run this server, but I feel that allowing D-Class to spawn props would be a great addition to the fun and excitement the server already gives. What do you want to see? - I would adore to see the A280 blaster rifle and a HP buff from 200-300 Why should we add it? - As Scout troopers we are meant to be an elite version of ST'S but with only an E-11 , Scout pistol , Z-6 and a DLT-19X we have very limited options for efficient close combat and we only have 100 Armor and 200hp at first so it would be nice to give us a weapon we take off rebels in lore as in Battlefront 2. I have been in Security Command since 4/4/2020, and my dedication to the branch has not faltered. I have experienced myself with hosting off-meetings, mentoring NCOs, and building relationships with not just my fellow Command members, but also the rest of Security that I interact with on a daily basis. I am always keeping a keen eye out to ensure that those who rank below me stay in line. Additionally, I have become the RCFCO in Security and therefore now have gotten used to hosting a meeting every week. I know how to maintain and lead a branch because of this rank, and it has also given be even greater Command experience. I have been Medical Command since 5/16/2020 and have since then been maintaining activity and efficiency while maintaining my 2 Command positions. As a Doctor, I tend to oversee field work in D Block, as well as answer any questions that a Medic may have. Date of when you first joined GENSEC: February 1st, 2020 How many Strikes do you have: Absolutely none across all branches. What is your main goal of being GENSEC High Command: My main goal of being GENSEC High Command is to work towards improvement of the branch as a whole by implementing new and exciting ideas to the branch and giving Non-Command members a larger say in the changes that come to Security. I strive to do everything in my power to boost Security's activity, morale, and enjoyability by working with fellow Command and listening to what Non-Command members think about the more troublesome aspects of the branch. Do you think there is any issues with the branch and if so how would you fix it: I believe there are many issues with the branch that I would do my absolute best to fix: • Security Activity - This has been an issue for weeks now and has been a struggle to improve. As High Command, I would actively make suggestions on the forums and/or make changes to the Security SOP in an attempt to change some of Security's more minor functions. These suggestions would hopefully cause a greater appeal to the branch, and would thus lead Security to be more active in game. I would also raise the amount of pings per day from 2 -> 3, as well as possibly reduce the time between pings. • Security Morale - It has recently come to my attention, as well as Command in other branches, that GENSEC has been struggling with their morale and self-confidence. Some of Security has been getting discouraged by breaches, raids, and riots, in which the opposing side seems to have the upper hand. To boost morale, I would make weekly reminders during meetings that Security can always get off their knees if they truly try and strive to improve. Additionally, I would push for reasonable and balanced buffs to Security (with D Class, CI, and SCPs well-being in mind), in order to increase self-confidence. • Enlisted Performance - This is an issue that will almost always exist, but that doesn't mean it cannot be improved. To improve Enlisted performance, I would contact other DHFTO+ and work towards changing the training document to include trigger discipline to reduce crossfire, and expand on the golden rule of listening to higher ups, in an attempt to make sure Enlisted acknowledge, and are prepared to listen to orders given by their higher ups. • Distractions - From time to time, I will see mainly Enlisted get distracted by D Class or prop mingeing which will lead to disorganization in D Block, and eventually the loss of D Block via riots, raids, or breaches. I would fix this by making weekly announcements regarding this issue during meetings as well as remind Command and NCOs to make sure Enlisted maintain good concentration. What do you think of GENSEC ability to keep D block under control and what do you think can be improved: I think that GENSEC's ability to keep D Block under control is lacking greatly and can most definitely be improved if change is worked for. I think that GENSEC can improve on their tactics and positioning in D Block so as to greater defend D Block with the most efficiency and effectivity. We need to maintain a more calm demeanor as CI approach D Block, so that we can stand a better chance while defending from CI and D Class at the same time. Communication is another aspect that is lacking in D Block and a boost in communication would most certainly improve the productivity of keeping D Block under control. As many people have noticed, MTF Omi9 and occasionally Nu7 have to assist D Block quite often throughout the day. Improving our strategies and making use of skills that we are capable of using would allow us to defend D Block without the need for assistance, and would therefore provide a morale and confidence boost to GENSEC as a whole. Of course, D Block strategies would be implemented in trainings and PTs in order to boost Enlisted and NCOs performance on the job. Why should we accept you in GENSEC High Command? (150 word minimum): I believe I should be accepted in GENSEC High Command because I am one of the most devoted and dedicated members of Security. I am always looking for ways to improve myself as well as improve the experience for my fellow players. I have a large amount of Command experience, provided by being in Security and Medical Command as well as achieving the rank of RCF Commander. I'm always friendly to players across the server no matter what branch they may be in, and am always doing everything in my power to improve relations between branches. Being in Medical Command allows me to assist in forming stronger bonds between Security and Medical as well as all of Utility. Although I initially did not reach Warrant Officer on my first application, I did not lose hope, but instead worked hard to prove myself as a worthy member of Command. As most of us know, Security has hit many bumps and road blocks in the past few weeks, but through it all, I remained just as devoted to Security as I have ever been, and did whatever I could to assist our branch. Additionally, I am a member of Event Team which has taught me how to use new powers with responsibility and care. I have utilized my position on Event Team to further boost enjoyability for branches, and give players an exciting experience. I have no doubt that my responsibility as a member of Event Team would carry over to a position within High Command. What do you think of GENSEC ability to keep D block under control and what do you think can be improved: I believe GENSEC Command/NCOs do an excellent job of commanding and keeping things under control, but there is ALWAYS room for improvement. Well I dont really know where to start this but as you guys have probably noticed my activity has been less than lacklustre, this comes down to a few reasons but mainly just due to me no longer finding the time to be able to show as much activity as someone of my rank should be showing. The time I've spent on the server has had to have been the most fun I've ever had on Gmod and within such a great community. I knew from the day I joined the server and got rushed onto the surface with a CI raid that I wanted to be one of you boys. But cant say i ever imagined I'd make it as far as I have. Its been an honour to have been able to work alongside and command with you guys and I cant thank you enough for trusting me with the rank I was given. And I guess in tradition here a few guys that made my time on the server as fun as it was ofc in no particular order. -support Gensec, unlike non foundation. Is always fighting enemies, dclass are always rioting and they are always dealing with them. All because you got killed by a gensec cc who has a minute less nlr, doesn't give you a good reason to try and lower their nlr. There are 3 gensec ccs, and only one of them is active an has members. They have to deal with both dclass and ci, and when CI invade, dclass get out. Making the threat huge for them. There are literally such a miniscule about of active gensec that have a cc. Even then, jugg only has a bit less health and armor than them, and heavy only a tiny bit more than that. This is pointless and just nitpicking because a couple gensec ccs happened to be on and caused an issue for your squad. All three gensec ccs are command only, and now we dont have any of the command that used to own them online since they all resigned. Give gensec a break once and a while.

+support on both parts however for the both parts, there should be changes keep our nlr. Not our current nlr. But our effective nlr, because our effective nlr is about 1min 30 secs due to elevator. Having a 45-30 second nlr would make our effective nlr about a minute For example, gensec have a 2 minute nlr. But have an effective nlr of 2mins 10 seconds because they have to walk to D-block Mtf have a 3 min nlr. But when going to D-block, an effective 4-5 minute nlr because of the walk Also Give the brute 200hp 50ahp, so he isn't just a pro but without weapons, if the brute has a bat, hes good, but with him needing to be in close range, its fair, if he doesn't, hes a hard to kill D-Class who specializes in escaping and picking off low ranking gensec

+Support I believe this would be beneficial because at the moment I believe 106 is too easy to contain. 106 cant "puppy guard " his cc which allows him to be contained quite easily without difficulty. Anyway's I don't see a problem with a roll deciding containment because we use rolls in everyday RP to decide situations. 096,173 and even cleaning cc's. If this suggestion gets accepted, It would make it fairer to 106 and make it to where he has more of a chance to avoid containment like other SCP's can. Although I do think instead of 10 minutes, 5 minutes would work better to avoid 106 just walking around and MTF not being able to do anything for 10 minutes.

Sigh, here come my tears. Heh, Anyways... “As the Sun rises, eventually, it will have to set on the day.” This time is now. It’s time that this star stops shining and rests for the night, however... do not fear. A moon will come and light up the night while the sun is away. There are a lot of tears as the sun will leave, but don’t cry for long; as well I’m sure it’ll be back at dawn. There is a lot to go into with me resting my light, however I’d prefer to leave on a happy note. No tears shed and no cries called. Sorry for my poetic resignation, but as a writer I need analogies to portray what I mean. I know that RND and CI will miss me- as I hell for sure miss them back. However a Sun must shine it's light on both sides eventually- and it’s time to do that now. This isn’t goodbye, I am not leaving forever, I’ll still be here keeping an eye from a distance. I’ll still be checking on logs and watching your progress. I’ll still be apart of the community which I call my family. However there are a few of you specifically I’d love to mention here. Skela- I have big plans for you with the CNTN so keep in check but; Ik you work a lot for Chaos and I look forward to watching it grow with you at the head. For people -supporting you need to consider this: the CI raid timer used to be just NLR and that was horrible for everyone. No one liked it. Imagine that the suggestion was to give CI a raid timer, you guys would all +support it, so I ask that everyone consider it in that light because we too do things such as research and when MTF raid us we have to put that on pause.
