I have staffed on and off since 2017. The amount of warnings I have issued are close to the 1,000 mark. If every single warning I ever issued that was appealed and accepted counted against me then I never would have made it to the rank I did make it to. In my opinion these warn appeals do not tell me anything about Will as I am not even looking at the ones outside of March given how far apart they are. My main issue is that yes the amount of appeals is relevant but the frequency is even more important when looking for issues such as abuse and other violations of the handbook. That doesn't tell us anything except Will is only human and several warnings he has issued have later been observed to be incorrect.

Now, I am going to give you a lengthy response here, as you have put effort and time into this, so should I... To start off, I disagree with you, I say this because it has been mentioned before and denied. So, it is most likely going to get denied again. As for the age restriction, I understand where you are coming from, as a younger person's view or understanding can be limited or blocked. But, the same could go for anyone, including teenagers, adults, and so on. People are human (obviously) and nothing can change that, we all have our own opinions and things are here and done for a reason. But, an adult or whoever can act the same as a child, or someone lower than any age requirement. My overall point is, no matter who the person is, age, race, religion, etc. their views can be blocked and this age restriction you would want to put into place would not only ruin the freedom we have on the server but opportunities and experiences for everyone. That is why the community, along with JMT/SMT discuss staff applications and promotions and so on. Now, the reason that age, race, religion, gender, etc. were brought into this is that they all fall into the same category of 'restrictions or laws', whatever you want to call it. Like Will and Max have stated, they are given a Trial Period for a reason to see if they can deal with the pressure and responsibilities of being a staff member on any Gaminglight server. Everyone deserves a shot, and in the Sangu Mandanna, "If you expect the worse, you're only denying someone a chance to be better”. Also, I do not appreciate you going after members of the staff team in this report as it, too me, seems 'targetted' towards them. The people you talk about in this report, Springs(Senior Moderator), Masterson (Senior Admin), Eternity (Senior Admin), Mikey(Super Admin), Jimmy James (Moderator). Many people mature and develop differently, and while some of them have matured more than others, it is because they are still learning and become better people, hence why Puberty and Phsyocogic and Mental Developments happen every single day because we are human. If you actually look at what happens in the world, nowadays, the minds take in more information than ever and help with the development process. The final thing, as I keep coming back to this suggestion, this is a video game. It isn't a driver's test or an application into a High-School or the next Presidental Candidate. It is a video game, where people are meant to have fun, and when you become staff, you are held to a higher standard to maintain maturity and too also learn. Obviously, if people did not believe in Masterson, Springs, etc. then they would not be where they are today. Also, bias happens over jealousy, which is a clear factor of all age groups, along with maturity, professionalism, responsibility, and so on... Do not make me go into Roleplay ranks for this as-well.

How would you deal with a situation where a user is spamming the shoutbox due to getting banned from one of our servers?: I would hide the post and pm them what they did wrong and how to fix it (aka going to tell them to make a ban appeal on the server they were banned on and wait patiently until viewed and accepted/denied) Also the chat rules says don’t spam/complain on the chat.

I understand this can aid in the case for h is ban at this time, but what im saying is that it is not evidence from Eternity to show that he is a alt account at the time on PoliceRP. I was trying to explain id like to see the evidence he gathered to make a ban on JJ.

You and I both know that we have seen people be removed for WAYYYY lesss, and things they done on their own accord. Also, in regard to his comment. I don't believe it. If he knew his mouse was broken, then why didnt he try to turn around and look in other direction? Also, why did he pick up this person and freeze them? That's not a "broken mouse" thats him picking up 106, freezing him, LITERALLY saying "to hell with everything" and going about his day. Im not buying a broken mouse excuse because the video shows clear as day that just isnt the case. Oh and in case you also didnt see. He literally froze him and walked right by him. Having 0 care that he was frozen in the air. He froze the guy, walked underneath him, and had 0 intention of letting him go. The moment OP called for another staff member, he was let go. I have seen other staff members do this off duty. I remember a Donor Mod that got in some serious trouble for doing the literal same exact thing and made the literal same exact excuses.

Denied. Due to no rules or guidelines being broken by the staff and or player, no action will be taken against them. Also, this could have been handled in-game by staff.

Thanks for the reply Jayden and sharing your opinion, I would like to share my thoughts on this. When I wrote my response I did not say that there was not anything wrong with having five accepted warn appeals, I made a statement saying these false warn appeals are pretty spread out within five months does not necessarily meaning anything as in it does not make you necessarily a bad person or bad staff member. Which led me into going into detail about each warn appeal actually giving supporting evidence of what he did wrong, I am guessing you never exactly read that part of my analysis. (I also went into detail about some of these false warn appeals are actually not false warnings, they were appealed just in petty of the player being given a verbal). "I agree that staff members do give out tons of warnings a day, but all of the warns he issued were off duty, and the number of warns given definitely decreases as a Senior Admin. That also leads me to believe that 5 false warn appeals is a little too much." I feel like you think Senior Admins tend to not warn as much (obviously because they are not required to take more sits) but I feel like it does not at all mean that senior admins can be very active and take care of more sits (More Warnings). For example it happened to me, when I was an admin with over two thousand sits compared to other admins having way less sits, I was more prone to getting reported. That is what I was trying to hint at in my post, hopefully this helped you understand better!

Just because the Wiki Licensing Team doesn't care that doesn't mean they are the ones holding the Copyright. The license that the Wiki uses is creative commons which means "Non-commercial use" only. This is the only way the image can be used with no exceptions, and from the best of my knowledge any use of "peanut" in the likeness of any image related to the Untitled 2004 created by Izumi Kato which SCP-173 is based off of. No exceptions as any likeness related to Untitled 2004 is only allowed via the image on the wiki and only used under the creative commons to avoid copyright issues.
