PoliceRP "The Quarantine" Event Week (3-30 to 4-3) What is this? Basically the whole week-ish Monday through Friday we will do non-rp events, some of the most favorite events to! Why are we doing this? Well we feel like because everyone is stuck at home, we might as well give you guys a little more something to do. Schedule: The time for the events everyday is 7pm EST. This is something I think should be standard, with the only exception being obvious rule infractions which basically consists of rdm and nothing else a majority of the time.

Secondly, I have been on this server for over 3 months and I have 0 Warns and have never had more than 1 strike so this goes to show I know the rules of the server and security. When I'm on the job I can enforce the rules, catch people breaking them, but also find the people that are doing a great job and make sure they get recognized. I can answer any questions that people could have and make sure if someone wants training they get trained. If I ever do anything wrong in security I will take responsibility for my actions and make sure the damage caused gets fixed. Furthermore, I Personally make sure there isn't too much security in D-Block by making sure people are stationed around LCZ and making sure that research gets escorts. Yes im a Admin on IMRP How often are you on TeamSpeak? every day for at 6 hours but can be up to 12 hours Why would you want to join our Support team (Word Count 150+)? to start this off I believe ill be a good support team member because im always friendly and always respectful I will never disrespect anyone and im always willing to help anyone I meet I have shown this as my time as staff on IMRP as a Admin and lower ranks everyone in GL knows me to be professional at all time and be as strong as a rock, also I think this is a good state of mind to have because this will show the new people that join the server we are fair and understanding and are always here to help no matter the time of day. I have spent over 3 years on GL starting with Police Rp then SCP Rp and Now IMRP everyone I have meant can agree that I am fair and just in what I do, also I am also known to be strict and harsh but this only comes out when needed but 90% I'm just calm and understanding and willing to support people in any way I can. I am one of the most active staff on server in the UK time zone and I am dedicated in what I do I will make sure the job is completed before I end it all and go over anything that the person is stuck on and answer all questions with honesty and with the upmost respect and help grow their experience here at GL. I am in this for the long haul, semi-unrelated, I am now in ET & am applying for mod, so you can be sure that I am reliable and very serious about my position here on the server. GENSEC has been and will stay my #1 priority on this server, as I have no interest in seriously pursuing any other branch. I am dedicated to improving GENSEC as much as I possibly can. Name: Eli Rank: Captain FTO Rank (If Applicable, SGT+): FTO Why should you retain your rank (WO+ must respond | 150+ words): The reason why I should retain my rank as a Captain of GenSec is because of the impact that I have to not only Security but also to the sub-branch of RCF, Rapid Containment Force, and to the other branches as well. The Research Branch has seen me quite helpful and understanding when providing an escort and making sure they have permission for said experiment and even going as far as to possibly stop an experiment due to a major issue that happens within the Foundation, such an example would be a massive CI raid or an SCP-682 breach. Utility has shown some respect for me since I also make sure to protect them within the line of duty. MTF has enjoyed me being a command cause I always make sure to keep security in check and discipline so that way they would have great potential recruits in the future and being a RCF Commander, I also have ready combatants as great recruits for MTF when they need new people. Surprisingly, even some Class-D has some respect for me due to me not only being strict and disciplined to the Class-D to make sure they don't escape and to behave, but also be somewhat compassionate about their lives which gains their trust so that they don't try to attack. Finally, although recently my activity has started to decline and slow a little, the Security branch sees me as a great role model to look up to when they rank up and also see me as a compassionate command member that always takes in consideration for them. I always try to help out security personnel if they don't know what to do. I am kind and compassionate to all people but can take charge and be ruthless when the time arises, such an example would be when there is a Security OFC that is not listening to orders and is minging. I am also the Commander of RCF which, because of not only me but also Gunther, the branch is starting to grow back to the way it was and is currently strong as it was before. I would like to stay as Captain of GenSec overall because I am a great member who is active and wants to inspire the next future command of this branch and, maybe someday, become a future senior command at the rank of Major. +/- Suppoort Here goes a full depth analysis of what I believe hearing opinions, hearing both sides of the stories, etc. Lets break this report since with how this report is written, there is some supporting statements to this report on our Senior Admin Will. 1). "This staff member has consistently warned other members without getting both sides of the story." As a staff member on Gaminglight, it states in the staff handbook that you must understand both sides of the story before giving a proper decision. Let's take a deeper look into these Accepted Warn Appeals. Evaluating these accepted warn appeals there seems to be a pattern. - The first stripe of the pattern is that Will tends to warn people for what he feels is right. That is an A-Ok thing to do, it is staff discretion after all. In some of these appeals, he was correct but our lovely Head Admin accepted these type of false warns reverting it to a verbal warning. For example a community member Ghosted appealed his false warn for respawning when EMS was on. Even though the report was self evident it could have been handled in a small sit, Will made the choice to warn him without talking to him before hand. - The other stripe of the pattern is what I observed in these accepted warn appeals, is that Will warned players in which was challenged on the forums and accepted. However Will was proven not concise with these warnings (Could be confusion, what he thought was right, and quick decisions). With this I feel like Will does not slow down to think on these type of warnings. It could have been prevents if he pulled up the members into a sit. Which he is not required to really do a sit for an obvious warn infraction but I feel like it is common sense to bring someone up to the roof to get a better understanding. If you don't do this, people can also say "He did not listen to my side of the story". 2). "While it is within admin+ to warn for obvious rule infractions, Will has had multiple warn appeals that have been accepted and i will link those below." - Looking at these appeals in my opinion they are quiet spread out in dates. Within five months Will has around five false warns? If the Accepted False Warn appeals is Jimmy's concern. Staff members tend to give out many warnings a day, I am surprised staff don't receive more false warn reports. It atleast shows Will is contributing to the staff team pulling weight. Although these are accepted warn appeals, does that mean Will is a bad staff member? No, it does not mean anything of the sort. Like I said before Will warns for what he feels is right. These accepted false warns don't necessarily mean anything. However looking thought these appeals, it could have been prevented by Will one way or another. 3). "This has gotten to the point that the staff member is handing out warns carelessly and he has caused unnecessarily stress on these members and he hasn't upheld his duty as a senior staff member". I disagree with Jimmy's first statement, he is not handing out warnings just because for the heck of it, he does have reasonings. With this, he is holding up his duty of being a senior staff member. Although I do agree, it can cause stress and pain to go on the forums to appeal your warning. It's difficult but that is something you cannot blame Will for it. It's our warn appeal system that might be causing you stress and pain. In conclusion I will leave a +/- Support, Will is not a bad guy or necessarily a bad staff member. However there is room for big improvements for Will to conquer and learn as a person. I feel like his quality of being a staff member needs to be worked on (How he acts, proper ways to take sits, and dealing with situations). I feel like he needs slow down and understand what is going on before making his decisions. He is also not obligated to give verbal warnings, he can give out warnings if he feels like it's necessary.

I also know the SOP very well and the server rules very well, I treat everyone the same no matter what rank they are. I am very loyal to gensec it's the only branch I play on now, I also have a very good reputation on the server because I treat everyone fairly. I am also hoping to climb up the ranks and try to help anyone I can if they have questions I am always happy to answer them to the best of my ability. If I ever do anything wrong I am more then happy for someone to tell me what I did wrong and how I could improve myself and being a command member, I will also accept anything I did wrong. Another reason is, because I’m also still pretty active in Gensec, and is normal the job I will hop on first because I find it fun to talk to everyone in Gensec, and work together to hold back massive waves of D class. I'm still willing to train at any time. Another reason Is I promote Gensec who do a good job. I am still ready for duty if needed, and Hockey is over, so I should be good, which means I will be able to make it to every meeting before Lacrosse starts, then I might be able to make it to meetings anyway because we don’t practice as often and as long. I've been Command for 85% of my time as Gensec so I know what my job like the back of my hand and how to do it. I'm currently making efforts to improve on and fix certain issues I have, or lack thereof, and I believe, for now, that's better than not at all. What I lack in the issues I have I more than make up for in experience and skill as not only a Command member but also a strategist. I know how to combat D-Class and how to avoid unnecessary losses or damage. I'm involving myself more in my position as RCF XO and trying to make Gensec more responsible and better at their jobs, albeit I do admit my method was petty. I'm dedicated to the branch and would not choose any other branch to be in. I will continue to work hard as a respectable and reliable member of Low Command. Any Notes, Questions, or Concerns?:

I strive to become an even better 1LT and a respected and well known player of the GL server and enjoy my position in GL. Recently (3 hours ago) I joined the GL ET and am dedicated to GL. From the time I've spent on the server (3 weeks) I've come to realize the way the GL community is organized it makes its members feel at home, I feel at home by being withing gensec as I have dedicated that time to being on gensec, and I will continue to dedicate my time and hard work to gensec and out community as a whole. I know the SOP like the back of my hand, and I am sure to enforce it every second I am online. I am well-known throughout Gensec, as well as having a very good reputation with those below me. I am fair in all of my dealings with everyone I come into contact with, and I actively train trainees. I am extremely dedicated to this branch and will be staying for a long while, as well as hoping to further climb the ranks. I am actively available to any Gensec member to help, with a smile on my face. I feel as though it would be a detriment to Security if I were to be removed from my current rank. I am still willing to continue learning about being a command member, and I learn from my mistakes. Today i will be going on reserves for STs since a opportunity that i have waited for has come up, so i must put my all into it. I will still remain in the discord to help out with the subdivision i was in charge of but i will have no actual power. I want to thank everyone who was there along my path and i hope we all go through that journey again (obviously not as Recruits again but you get what i mean). Matrix, Camden, Bakka and Void i will never forget you all since we all basically grew together in STs, all the good times will last forever and i will be sure to remember those times. You all have played a big part in my growth and i could never thank you all enough but it makes me happy to know that you all are still here, it makes me happy to say that STs truly are the dysfunctional family drama of the ISD (in a good way).
