The recruit class will only be for recruits when applications come out this will balance that out since alpha op is a bit better than the rct class It is only for R&D and people will have to interrogate foundation personnel intensely and will have to follow guidelines but it is pretty much for spying. You might be like that op. One they will have to do a lot to even get on the job and then will have to work their way into the foundation without getting caught as gensec in ez. There is a great challenge to this system.

Your profile is PUBLIC which means I can view the games that you have etc. The big question is "WHERE IS GARRY'S MOD?!" Since you don't have the game that means you are using a family account as not to waste money on a community that you were banned on. OR you cracked and hacked your original game so it institutes a Denial-of-Service when steam attempts to verify the fact that you bought the game, but skips by and bypasses it. I what I think the server has security-wise one of these autos bans you. Still, we can never know for sure unless we check IPs, but you could be using a VPN, so in this case, we have reasonable suspicion and evidential standpoint to issue a PERMABAN which justifies Clamitiy and MiKeY reasons for issuing it as an alt. The D Class interrupted me shouting "I do not care, all I want is death, and out of this hellhole... so do as you must". I Could see that further explaining would be a waste of my breath "Very well". I then proceeded to grab a vial and had the D Class smear it on himself applying it almost everywhere. The D Class seemed to be experiencing a state of euphoria when his pupils dilated covering 60% of his irises. From a distance this could be confused with definite brain trauma. I then after watching for four minutes asked "how are you feeling?" he quickly responded with "THIS IS THE BEST I'VE EVER FELT" I quickly asked "are you still wanting a way out?". He seemed to be taken back by this question. He then shook his head violently in each direction left to right, then right to left "YES" he shouted. I was taken back from this response as I was not expecting this result considering that 999's "goo" should have dealt against this. I then had my security escort hand me another vial. "Here have more..." I gently said. He grabbed the vial out of my hand and chugged it. However, even though he could clearly not function he shouted "This is not enough!". A little bit upset knowing that somehow this D-Class has a resistance somehow to the "goo". From this point on I knew that I wouldn't get the exact results I wanted. I grabbed a syringe explaining that I was going to "inject it into a vein in your left arm." he nodded, and I proceeded to inject it. He then started entering an immobile state of euphoria and he was gone..completely out of it, this state of mind could mostly be compared to that of heroin, and or morphine. I then noticed that parts of his veins were turning black. It hit me these are blood clots. My security escort and myself brought him to the med bay. Upon arriving at the med bay a doctor got him and I quickly explained about the "goo" and the blood clots. They seemed to understand for the most part. The doctor then took a sample and came back out to say that the blood clots were spreading rapidly to his heart somehow and he was going to die. However, on the bright side he was not feeling anything due to being completely "high" as the doctor put it. I then thought that the most merciful death would be a bullet to the brain. I nodded at my escort who knew what to do and he shot him killing him in one shot to the head. I began thinking..here he was wanting a way out and he got it. I then came to terms knowing that I am responsible for taking a human life D Class or not he was still a human, even if he was a criminal. I then understood that in science these kind of things happen and there is nothing we can do about it. END TEST LOG Do your results align with your hypothesis?: Yes, the results align with my hypothesis. Even though I did not get the exact results I wanted I do believe it can be achieved and I will have to have further tests to allocate its exact method of use.

Also, it is near impossible to test movement variables as for the outcome would be different each time, and would be affected by ping, the user's aim, and many other unconsidered factors. Therefore, the raw statistics allow for appropriate comparison as for all of the guns are placed on a level playing field.

In comparison to say the HK416, which deals on average ~ 12000 DPM, the Vikhr deals ~15625 DPM. Which is quite the difference, for comparison the Vikhr kills ~3 682's per minute, whilst the HK416 kills ~2.4.

HK416: -15 hp point blank and similair from a distance 30 bullet spray from a distance so in conclusion the hk416 deals 10 dmg less than the vikhr point blank and takes an extra 9/10 bullets to kill with a spray Clearly not equal stats to the vikhr

+Support I was involved with the testing of these weapons, and quite frankly, they are absurdly overpowered. The Vikhr was able to take out a full hp and armor E11 Redacted in one clip. Aswell as doing 747 total damage with no armor in one clip.

That's what I meant when I said "I also like how you cut out the part where you were harrassing me, pestering me about what I do outside of Gmod, which led to me reaching my breaking point." There was in fact a part cut out as you have pointed out, and it's the part where 4 Man Army is borderline harassing me (hence why I was losing my temper with him). He insulted me about videos I put on my Youtube channel 5 years ago (Ex: "When are you gonna make another Minecraft video huh?"), and made countless comments of deragatory/defamatory nature to piss me off so I would snap at him. This part of the video was obviously cut out as it would hurt himself far worse than me if it was present.

Once you rob a store/the bank, you MUST let the hostage(s) go, you can't take him/her away out of the store/bank All that should happen is a talking to.

A much as I don't want to... I will be resigning. I've had a fun time on this server. Since 2017 I've been on this server, loving every minute. Since December 28, 2018 I've been Chief of Staff and I've loved every minute of that too. I'm not really good at these NGL. I will still be on the server every once and a while. I'm resigning due to the fact that I'm currently not motivated to play, along side the fact that I'm going through the fire academy soon, and then hopefully the Air Force. I guess I'll talk about people that have made an impact or that i just liked knowing. Gamikzone - He's been really nice, and he's helped me through my journey an FBI Command. Jimmy James - Always been there for me if I needed anything, and hes done lots to help FBI Yobo - Great knowing you man, I haven't got to know you that much but maybe I will. Ronin - Haven't really talked to you either but great to know. Freeze - Great SWAT commander, Haven't really talked to you much either but you seem chill. Colesoft - One of my first GL friends, and great to know, Myan - Best SWAT commander, also another one of my first friends on GL. My time in interpol has come to an end. It was an amazing adventure. I saw the department change, literally from Internal Affairs to Interpol. I just want to say a huge thank you to Jimmy for giving me loads of amazing chances and options. I also want to apologise to jimmy for being a bad command member. I wish the department the best of luck. This also a Resignation from FBI aswell. Not the first resignation ive had to do from FBI but yeah ive had my good times and my bad times in the departments. So goodbye to both of you. And who knows i may be back in the future but we’ll see.
