  3. Rank: Junior Researcher "Jake Puffin" Clearance Level: 2 List of Personnel involved in testing: MTF Nu7 PFC Lord LS93 Level D personnel involved: D-CLASS 1100 - (Peggu) SCP: 999 Errors and/or safety hazards: None Question: Can SCP-999's gelatin cure wounds, and to what extent? Background Research: http://www.scp-wiki.net/scp-999 Hypothesis: SCP-999's gelatinous restoration properties will be able to heal wounds while being separate from SCP-999 itself. The severe wounds (such as gunshots or severed muscle systems such as dismembered fingers or tendons) may not be able to heal as fast and/or as well. Observation/Visual Stimuli(Photos/videos): N/A (My Files got corrupted somehow) Analysis and Conclusion: Phase 1 (Light Cut on Right Forearm) - Wound didn't fully heal, however, this may be due to only semi exposure to SCP-999's gelatin Phase 2 - (Deep Gash On Left Forearm)- Wound fully healed, leaving little to no scar tissue. Phase 3 - (9mm round to the lower left calf)- Wound was unable to fully close, however, the projectile was pushed out only slightly, leaving the wound to heal around the bullet. Phase 4 - (9mm round in the upper right thigh)- Gelatin fully pushed out the 9mm round, the tissue that was able to successfully heal afterwards. However, after further inspection, the D-Class's blood seemed to show reduced hemoglobin and iron. Areas around the wound were also drained of fatty tissues, most likely absorbed by the Gelatin which allowed it to heal the wound. Phase 5 - (Removal of Ring Finger-Reattachment capabilities)- Gelatin was able to temporarily reattach the D-Class's ring finger. However, after attempting to move the finger himself, the D-Class's ring finger fell straight to the floor. (May be caused by the lack of fatty tissues inside of fingers. Do your results align with your hypothesis?: In conclusion, the hypothesis I proposed seem fairly accurate. The D-Class's fingers were not able to reattach. However, bullet wounds were able to be healed and even showed enough capability to force a bullet out of the wound.
