What you want to see? - A completely new crafting system implemented for D class. I suggested this exact thing before but the addon for it was poorly made. Using this system from dark RP it could be easily setup and balanced for d class to use. As i stated previously the resources could set to spawn in random locations in lower d block. These components could then be harvested by d class and used to craft items and weaponry. Not only could you craft items you could set up a vendor and sell the components for in game money. This is killing 2 birds with 1 stone solves the low salary and lack of money issue and its a great new addition for d class. It gives a outlet other then countless riots. Just like mining players can dedicate their time to farming components instead of running into a line of rifles. A system of inventory space could also be added to where the higher the rank you are of VIP the larger your inventory or something in that area. Assuming the same system as the ore bag is used but re named to component satchel or something along those lines. You could even include certain weapon craft-ables in the VIP rank. So the players with the ranks still have access to the job specific perm weapons but can now also farm and get better weapons over time. This system is also more realistic then the old mining system. Finding scraps of plastic or cloth or metal is plausible likely then a rock growing out of the ground. Why should we add it? - Improve re play ability and keep new players playing. As a person that only plays d class I have the honor of greeting countless new players that join the server and are curious on its rules and whats the goal. Countless times I have had to explain as d class you either A riot, or B stand in line and wait to be tested on. The most common response is either " im switching to security" or " wow that is boring lets riot ". For those that think this would somehow effect research it would but not negatively. Now the d class that wish to be tested on could attempt to sneak a weapon past security adding another outlet for RP to gen sec. Being able to frisk down d class and see if they have any contraband on them. And if are able to escape custody while being tested on could lead to great RP as in breaches or need of MTF backup. What are the advantages of having this? - Improved re play ability, Less riots, a way to make money other then AFK, a outlet for farming, BRINGS PLAYERS BACK, stops people asking for mining to come back, d class activity, gen sec action. Who is it mainly for? - D class but the entire server would benefit from this implementation. -Support Not sure if this was added to make the 100-word limit. You cannot issue bans as a forum diplomat. When you do find someone worthy of a ban you can contact a member of SMT and if they see it fit they will ban them. Your forums activity before posting your application was low but recently it has erupted. Chief I do believe you could become a future forum diplomat if you improve these things above.

Yep. You can get a gov cc although it’s an extra $50 on top of the original donation (would be paid using custom donation at the bottom of the buy credits section) you need anymore info you can look at the custom job format if you are going trough with it make sure you don’t purchase credits or another custom job package, make sure you purchase the custom donation.

I would suggest this because you also kind of need it ask command if you can sit in on situations to learn, and if they say yes then say thank you and pay attention so you can see how some of the people in command handel issues so you can get a general consensus on how to lay the foundation of your judgement. +/- Support Reason: Sure, it will be difficult to keep an eye on, but the idea of some D Class holding someone hostage and demanding something through comms, forcing Foundation staff to act, is a interesting concept and could allow for better roleplay. We should allow staff to tell D Class to stop minging on radio if they are minging on radio, and allow us to OOC punish them if they are minging on radio. How to improve the post: Pretty good post. +/- Support I do think that the intent of the punishment was correct but, I don't really think that the punishment should have been a week. Like most people said it's up to staff discretion to give out verbals or actual punishments. I do feel like this ban time needs to be lowered. -Support for a full unban.

Now that I've had time to think about I would be fine with lowering the amount of ban time. Although 24 hours is in my opinion too low, maybe 2-3 days.

Just gonna say that bans are staff discretion. Aka its up to staff. But it should be reasonable which I do agree it shouldn't be 1 week.

Ok, there is a rule against RDA as you read in the handbook. So you know about that rule. So don't loophole as that is also against the rules. I do think that it shouldn't be 1 week. Maybe 2-3 days due to you doing it 11 times. The problem with jail is that if you leave the server it unjails you. So our manager said any jail over 1k seconds to just ban for. So you would've gotten a ban anyways. But +/- support.

Two responses in less than three hours, so that's already going against what you predicted. tsk tsk On a more serious note, the staff handbook serves as a guideline for potential sanction that a staff member can utilize when dealing with a situation, not mandates. Quoting the staff handbook specifically: "We trust that our staff can deal with Sits/Issues with Fairness, Honesty and common sense. There will not be a guideline for every punishment so it will be up to you the staff member to decide if you are having an issue deciding what the punishment should be asking another staff member. " "Not all situations require punishments. Some staff may decide to let players off, while others may feel they need to punish. This is the call of the staff member and should be done by a case by case basis." This essentially gives staff members the discretion to issue sanctions as they deem necessary. However, given that this was your first offense and that it was an unusual situation of a custom D-Class having restraints I would + Support lowering the ban to 24 hours.

Ok, I was the one who had you banned. First of all, the staff handbook is not fully updated as minge is no longer a thing and was turned into ban as well as the time for each punishment was increased. You RDA'd 11 people in lower d block, AFK or not, you shouldn't be doing this what so ever. Also the first offender rule does not apply to someone who mass RDA'ed 11 people. My last point is that even though you weren't supposed to have those restraints, you should know that AS a D-Class custom job, you don't go restraining other d class. Just like how MTF should not cuff each other unless they are misbehaving. In Conclusion, I had you banned for 1 week due to the fact that you were in lower d block RDAing people, and 2 people made sits on you saying you were doing this. I came to d block and saw you with a group of cuffed d class, and were continuing to cuff more. I was also told that you did a couple of ARDAs as well. (Though I didn't proof check it which was wrong on my behalf) RDAing 11 people and probably a couple of ARDAs is completely not acceptable and I found it that a 1 week ban is an acceptable punishment for your crime. P.S. I also asked many staff members what they thought would be a valid punishment and they gave the same answer.

Denied We will not be revoking your ban. You reached over 40 warnings (45) in around 3 weeks. You have received multiple warnings in 1 day. You received 8 warns in one day on Oct. 27th and Nov. 2nd. PoliceRP has one of the most forgiving warning system out of all the servers (Old warns system). I am sorry to say but you have been given so many chances (over 45 chances) I think you don't deserve another. Everyone has to follow the rules and everyone gets chances to follow these rules. But when those chances are not used appropriately, then a ban must take place.
