Hello everyone, October will be my last month as FBI Director. After being in the FBI department for 2 years I have decided it’s time for me to retire. As hard as this is for me I know FBI will be in good hands with the new FBI Director. I have learned a lot on this adventure. I will be going to FBI Reserves starting 11/1 and will be appointing a new director shortly after. I will Be focusing my time on SCPRP. I hope that everyone understands that I’m leaving because I have done everything I wanted to and FBI is a great and active department compared to when I first took over this department. Until then keep up the great work I’m so proud of y’all I couldn’t of done this without Each and everyone of you from the agents to low/high command. I had one goal when I joined FBI, to make it as best as I could. It makes me happy to see that the department has become what it is. It is crazy looking back and seeing this department thrive. God speed FBI, I will see you around, and I will be grateful. Jimmy: You have greatly assisted me in helping FBI become what it is. I greatly appreciate you and everything you have done for fbi. Colesoft: You were around when I first joined FBI. You have consistently been supportive in the department and a great deputy director. Ziege: I know you are a busy person but thank you for you’re dedication in FBI. I hope to see you continue doing well in the department. Grey: I remember the first day I met you. You were a civilian class who would give me inside info about what was going on. I know we will continue seeing each other in the alternate world of SCP. Keep up the great work.

A form of this Update has been accepted, with most of the benefits listed, so I retract my statement for the following Update below. What you want to see? - I would like to see the rules for Upper D Block to be changed drastically. At the current moment, Security has to hold Upper D Block behind a fence with stationary barricades and just slaughter Class D at almost every moment of the day. Very few branches are allowed into D Block mainly because the way Upper D Block is designed. Researchers and Utility may come in at limited times, but usually cause distractions and allow Class D to escape. Security are stuck in D Block shooting Class D all the time, causing many people to leave for the fact that it is not a entertaining job. So currently there is no real RP that can happen because it is in a constant state of gunfire because Class D have access to the majority of the largest room on the map with very limited rules. My suggestion is this, restrict access of Class D to Upper D Block and remove a majority of the fortifications in Upper. Why should we add it? - This suggestion should be added for a variety of reasons. Class D personnel have access to a large room as is and having them be so close to breaching at all times is not lore friendly—versus being locked in cells unless for testing. It is not realistic to have people join the server and just sit in the cells but free roam access is not any better. Lower D Block should be for Class D and Upper should be for Foundation Personnel. Forcing Class D to be in lower, unless for testing, would allow Security to leave D Block more often, instead of sitting in a room for a branch. Having Class D's access restricted would allow Security to have more RP because Security would now be able to go on patrol, escort Foundation personnel more frequently, and be stationed in areas across LCZ/HCZ instead of D Block. This restriction of D Block would also benefit Researchers for the fact that they would be able to enter D Block more frequently, test on Class D more often, and increase the RP between all of the branches involved in D Block. Security would now have to guard Researchers more effectively if they needed Class D, they could get more escorts for tests, as well as just Class D getting more RP from said testing. Utility would also benefit from this because they would now have access to a much larger room in LCZ granting more access to RP, involvement in testing, and interaction with Security in D Block. What are the advantages of having this? - More RP for virtually all branches in LCZ as well as D Class. Upper D Block would essentially become an extension of LCZ rather than D Block. Basically, Security would be able to leave D Block more often as well as Utility and Researchers to enter. Right now, finding active and dedicated Security members is difficult mainly because we can only sit in a room, be insulted, then be forced to wait in another room for 3 minutes quite frequently. If this suggestion was accepted, Security would then have the ability to leave D Block and have more RP, originally designed into the branch. Class D would be slightly restricted but this would then encourage them to work with the Foundation to be used in RP besides going FPS all of the time with Security and MTF. In brief, many branches would have a RP boost for how they would now have to interact with Security and D Class. My name is Nickalus and most people just call me Nick, which honestly I okay with either. I'm 21 and I'm a single dad of one daughter, she is my world! I work full time, but I always have time for Garry's mod because when I'm not at the office, I'm at home! Which gives me alot of free time, when I'm not watching my daughter. So when you ask me that question, I could write you a book on the type of person I am and how professional I present myself, but i'll just give you the basic's of why I believe I would be a great addition to the staff team. To start off, I have been with the gaminglight community for about 3 year's now, and I have helped several people even though I have never been staff, many can tell you that I have solved their issues like I was, that's not because I had to, it's because I love helping people. I'm not the type a person who will just someone sit there and struggle with something, I'm gonna be the first to offer assistance in anything I could possibly help with. Secondly, I'm mature but I also have humor, which I think is a big thing in this world today, people struggle connecting with other's via humor, when somebody needs help with something, they don't want someone who's gonna demand they try this, they're usually looking for a friend to simply guide them to their solution, and that's me, at least I try to be anyways. When I first joined gaminglight, I was just looking to have fun, to just play around, but then it became something I never expected, it's most like it became apart of my family. I played on Police Rp non stop, I mean you couldn't find a day where you didn't catch me online, I just became addicted. Then I started meeting some of my very good friend's on the server, and after that it just became apart of life. So if I could become apart of the staff team, that way I could help the community that helped me through my struggle's, it would be an honor to me. I've alway's been the helping hand in any situation, let me be your's. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? Firstly, I would acknowledge the situation, bring up anyone majorly involved in the incident and evaluate what happened. Secondly I would ask the individual who in constantly cursing me, to please be calm and politely ask for him/her to stop cursing for us to handle this like adults. If he/she persisted, I would then mute them and explain to them why they're muted and continue the sit. Thirdly, I would check log's for all the remaining evidence that I needed to issue a warn, and I would go from there. If need be, I would then call the higher staff member to the sit, and explain the situation from thereon. I would then have him issued an rdm warn based off of how many individual's he RDMED and explain everything that is going to be issued to him, then i would unmute him, explain that he could be warned for staff diss if he continued to curse at me, and ask if he had any questions. If he persisted with cursing and staff dissing, I would then have him minged for 10000 seconds, and go on from there. Lastly, everything would be issued and the staff sit would be closed.

I've played this server since the first week it came out. That being said I have been a cop for a very long time. I have a lot of experience with policing. I have been a LT for about 3 months total. Out of all my time playing on this server a lot of knowledge came through as being a LT. I learned about how it was being on the other side of things. Being a LT instead of SM is a jump. At first it was like "wow" when I had to come to the choice weather to demote the person or not. When I made the choice I didn't regret it because the choice I made I knew was the right one. For the people I demoted, none of them has had an issue after that. When promoting people I was happy but I made sure the people I promoted were fit for the promotion. Not going to jinx this but everybody I have promoted has not been warned or demoted once. My goal is to make the Police Department professional. This is a role play server so actually role play it. As the MOTD states, act as if it were real life, what you would do in real life, do it here. I am all for that, I am in college for Criminal Justice. This is what I come home to play after a long day at college. I've recently been taking a Ethics in Criminal Justice class. I have decided to use my knowledge from that class into the server. I choose Formalism, as to formalism ethics, you need to put your emotions aside. This is under practical imperative in Formalism Ethics. Everybody deserves the same punishment. I'm not going to let my friend go for reckless driving but the next person I pull over. No, I'm not for that. I want to make the Police Force professional. Everything I do on the server isn't about emotions as I choose Formalism Ethics. It's about what is right to do. There is so much documentation in Security that needs to be updated daily, what goes on in D Block could really not matter. If you do good, you get promoted. If you do bad, you get removed. We don't need a form filled out daily, it is just way too much work.

Date of Incident: October 31, 2019 at 6:66 PM Describe the incident: MTF Epsilon-7 ("Village Idiots") were tracking down three instances of SCP-SPOOKY-J-1(Link to SCP dossier below) however did not know how to contain them. Illager had previously worked with other instances of SCP-SPOOKY-J-1, and had found out that SCP-SPOOKY-J-1 instances invariably become amicable and compliant when enveloped in smoke. After relaying this information to the Epsilon-7 commander, Illager and two other researchers were temporarily conscripted into the task force, tasked with containing SCP-SPOOKY-J, with the squad being designated "Spooky Scary Skeletons". SSS eventually located all three breached SCP-SPOOKY-J-1 instances and returned them to Site-69. SSS was disbanded and all personnel were returned to normal duties. first, I would like to thank enuz reaper cookie and hoovy for making utility fun to do and become low command as tech was something didn't think would happen I did start as janitor and transfer as operations supervisor but I climbed to the highest tech low command rank and I had good time training and having a good time with the techs and its been really nice to be in the utility department and I thank everyone for a good time. So this is my goodbye I will miss you all
