What you want to see? - Trunorth City Workforce Job. Why should we add it? - I propose a city worker job for an RP aspect, I have already started a group and discord called TCW (Truenorth City Workers) and its all about RP working as a public city worker. We stay within the city and outskirt road, we have done RP city work such as replacing sidewalks, pipes under the road, A/C units, checking on the "PD power generator", and other small projects. I love this idea and believe that it would add RP aspects to the server. This will consist of very few jobs to reduce lag, Worker, Manager and Foreman. The skins for worker and manager would be a skin with a hardhat and reflective vest, and the Foreman would have the same but a different color on the helmet or vest. The cars can always just stay as the base cars the server already has but I would love to have a white truck with yellow ELS hazard lights. The rules and SOPs would be made to make sure that people do not abuse these powers and do not minge with the job. It would be a neutral class so no firearms would be allowed, however being robbed/kidnapped would because that's just realism. The weapons for the job would be basic, anything a city worker might have (chainsaw, saw, sledgehammer) and the members would not be able to attack other people or risk demotion/strike/removal. I would really love to see this implemented since I already have it running as a "family" and have gotten quite a few people interested. If this would be implemented I would make sure that it is run in a good orderly manner and make sure people don't abuse tools/vehicles/power. They would have the trunk access for cones and signs to make lane changes so that we can RP work on roads, the ELS (if allowed) hazard lights would be to guide people through construction and to make seeing us easier. The skin on the vehicle can be basic white, or a logo my friend @utetwo made for me. It is basic and the files would be small so almost no lag would be added to the server. I will fully respect SMT decisions and any changes they see fit for server optimization and would greatly appreciate if they took this into consideration. Thank you all! What are the advantages of having this? - Better roleplay, the realism of a working city with workers who keep it running. Who is it mainly for? - Any person who would like to roleplay being a hard worker of Truenorth and wants to add to peoples experience. What you want to see? -MTF Sigma-66 ("Sixteen Tons") to be added to the server Why should we add it? - In all the time this server has been up, countless people have wanted other GOI's to be added although they never did get added. Either because the lack of a good point, or because it would just no benefit the server in any way, but this could end all of that. MTF Sigma-66 ("Sixteen Tons") is a Mobile task force comprised of member's from other GOI's, such as, Anderson robotics, Global occult Coalition, Church of the broken God, CI, Serpents hand, ect. In a way their not getting to RP in the GOI, but they are getting to RP as a member of that GOI. Here is their description on the wiki - Mobile Task Force Sigma-66 is formed of captured members from other GOI Despite the lack of loyalty the Foundation expects from the assembled team, they find the members' expertise of value. - Offer's more RP opportunity. Actually allows for double RP rather then one kind like all Foundation branches on the server, for example, MTF's and GenSec are all Combat and Research and Utility are all RP, while MTF Sigma-66 can be both! RP in terms of their character backstory and spy work they do, as'well as the shady things they may do. And combat in terms of their a MTF and are there to also combat D-Class and CI, and to also help Contain SCP breaches. What are the advantages of having this? - It finally gives the server a new GOI/MTF, and would hopefully satisfy people on wanting new GOI's to be added. First before I say anything, I just want to say its been one hell of a ride since I joined the community in 2017. So with that being said, i’ve made a lot of memories, and i’m thankful for the friends i’ve made and being allowed to staff on a amazing community as well as command. So lets get this started. It was around this time in 2018 I joined SCPRP and gained my first warn by Th3, it was from there one hell of a ride and a joy to be apart of SCP. From Zuthars “Security PVT Blackbeard” To Super Admin “Director of Containment:Blackbeard” i’ve been blessed to be allowed to be in this community. And now I wanna give some thanks out to a certain few people, and if you don’t get on the list don’t even worry, I just want yall to all know I appreciate all the love and respect i’ve gotten from everyone. First off Weareinfected-Ever since I was in Nu7, you were by my side, calling me “stinky” as 527 being a complete mute, until I eventually got you to use your mic you scared mongoloid. You truthfully are probably my best friend from SCPRP, and I appreciate you even though we had our disagreements in High Command, but since thats coming to a end we can look past those times and just be good friends. And I truthfully appreciate you Infected, I hope you go far in the community if you decide to stay, contact me through my insta or steam, you know where to find me. Th3-Ever since I transferred to MilRP, i’ve admired you and hoped to become a staff/high command member as great as you. And thats not me sucking up or anything, truthfully man even though you’ve banned me countless times, I still appreciate the chance I got with the staff team, and I dearly appreciate you teaching me the ways and giving me a chance to be apart of JMT/High command. Igneous-Talking about chances, it was mainly all because you were truly a great manager, possibly my favorite from the 3ish 4ish managers i’ve had. You out of all were the most relaxed, chillest, and most helpful throughout all of them, and honestly I appreciate you for giving me a chance at JMT, you really had made my dream a reality, and I owe to you. Hoovy-Ever since you cuffed me when I was 5th fleet, to being the purple commandos that I can’t remember the name of to save the life of me, you’ve sparked a interest in me, you’re truthfully a really cool ass dude, if theres someone i’m gonna miss working beside is you. Dogz-It was a pleasure knowing and working with you doggy, ever since you were MTF I had high hopes you were gonna fly through the ranks, good luck with college and things like that. Rang-My favorite Kiwi, ever since USMC on MilRP you were always one of my favorite guys, hopefully you go far in Gaming Light, a lot of potential you got, and I hope it goes to good. Kade-We were once really good friends, but we kinda lost communication once you got SA, thats when you got super busy, but know I appreciated the times we spent together, we were really cool back then, hope life works out for you homie, and eat that chicken 0_0 To everyone else, thank you for allowing me to be your JMT/High command member, I truly appreciate the times, It was good knowing everyone. And to MTF, who ever becomes the next DoC, lead them well, just know the job can get a bit tough, but its one of the more fun site admin jobs, so enjoy it while you’re there, and don’t fuck up to bad for me. And that concludes it, allow the memories that we had to be forever remembered. I’ll see you guys around sometime, i’ll check in every now and then. Well I have come to the decision that It will be beneficial for me to leave the community and get my exams and all that amazing stuff over and done with.(2 years time) BUT I will be back as a dull time player after 2 years. Due to recent events in my life, i can no longer possibly dedicate any time towards playing games in the coming months. Rather than going on another long 3-6 Month loa and taking up a command spot, i've decided that its best to just leave until I have a more stable point in my life. I'm sorry for not being able to continue playing with you guys, so this is a goodbye. Tony - The biggest body i've ever seen Catsro - legit the most calm-collected person i know. It was great having someone to rely on like you. Orange - You were also a mature person, i've had fun raiding with you and causing defcon 1. Infected - bruh Aleks - I've always looked up to you as you had always been a cool guy. I wanted to do more in R&D but i'm sad that i couldn't do much to help that branch Mutombo - Legit best trainer in CI. you made sure people did things right or they get Mutombo laps. Arusso - Nice dude Corner - You were perhaps the person i knew for the longest time, we have gotten in fights before but generally we always got along. I'll miss you man. @Black Jesus = You were the main reason i got into CI. Even though you no longer play, i'll cherish the times that we minged together. Fool - you understood my pain of furies. Rest of CI - I have high hopes for the rest of you, keep doing what you do best and hopefully one day i will see you guys achieve more than I have.
