Hes reporting the two staff for not KNOWING they can run away, the video is for proof the two staff dont know this rule, it's not showing what happened, because that's what this is for. The report is for the two staff saying that running away is not allowed in any way, but it is. This goes for everyone. He recorded the two staff saying they DIDNT KNOW that running away from cuffs was allowed. This doesnt show the running away part because there is no need for this. I suggest you read what I said above, hopefully that will help clear this report up a bit

Welp it's been a long ride and I had a hell of a blast. I absolutely loved playing on the server and it was so much fun meeting new people and going up in the ranks to end up where I am. I will still try and talk to all my buddies in TeamSpeak as the main reason for this resignation is that I simply want to invest my time into other things as school is starting and to work toward my medical degree I can't afford to put time toward the server. Hello SCPRP Community, I don't think that all PK's should be removed just the one that makes you change your name with no change in rank. Right now PK's have been super frequent as of late and there are times where I don't feel they are being used properly. Now I do know that you have to do something obscenely stupid to get into a PK situation, as I have not ever had the threat of or been PK'd a single time since I joined this server. But I do feel like they've been used a bit too much. I think the rules just need to be a bit tighter on the smaller pks (Aka the ones that don't do anything to your rank but change your name). They're rather insignificant in meaning seeing as its, literally the same person but they have to change their name which is rather annoying and pointless. At that point its more or so of an alternative punishment then getting a strike or something but then why not just do that? -Support on completely removing all PK's but +Support either changing the name pk or making the conditions for it harder to be met.

Denied However The Senior Management Team for SCPRP will NOT allow any event team member who previously indicated were allowed to spawn jeeps off duty to do so anymore. If found to continue spawning jeeps in, the person will be removed from Event Team.

Very confused on whats not understandable here, the staff member said it wasn't allowed, and its clearly stated in the rules, and there is also video evidence.
