(150 Word Minimum): I believe that I deserve the rank of trial moderator because I have been on the server for close to twenty days now, and within that time I have efficiently demonstrated my knowledge of rules and my ability to curteously talk to, and to respect the staffing team as well as the players. I have demonstrated my knowledge of the rules and my willingness to be a part of the staff by talking about rules with people on the server, helping to resolve smaller and even some larger conflicts, and by also helping to prevent some situations by correcting people on a certain rule or a certain aspect about the MOTD. I also want to advance within the ranks of the server because I have experienced what bad moderation (or at least a lack of moderation) on other servers can do, and while I understand that this server has some of the best moderation and moderators that I've seen and experienced thus far. I want to work with the moderators and admins in order to help improve the server for players, new and experienced ones alike. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you?: I would repeatedly ask them in text or audio chat to stop cursing and yelling at me. If that wouldn't work, I would issue them some verbal warnings "If you continue to keep acting this way, you will be muted/minged in order to prevent further disruption of the server, and the disruption of your admin/moderation sit.". If/after that step is taken (if at all), I will proceed to go over with them how harsh their punishment would be according to what they did, and then I would attempt to contact an Admin+ in order to apply the 10,000 second minge before asking them whether or not a ban is needed according to the Admin's view. If an admin+ isn't on the server, I will check on TS, then Discord.

Not going to put a - or + support but staff should never be disrespectful to another player. Regardless if someone insults you or is disrespectful to you, you as the staff member should never be disrespectful if reported could result in a demotion. While I don’t think it would be wise to demote Yobo, he should be spoken too because it’s not ok for a Senior Moderator to be seen as telling a player to “stfu”. Also perhaps Game Theorists reply for why a sit was being held in the spawn room and not on a roof.
