Permission (Not required If applying for Lt-Cpt): Dane, Bob Bob, Kitty

Why should you be promoted?:

My time here with the Rockford City Police Department has been amazing, all the way down from being a cadet to what I am now, a Major. A Colonel is a highest supervisor in PD Low Command that supervises the department and makes sure everyone in the department is on track and doing their job well. I have always shown great respect towards all ranks in the Police Department, especially my higher ups. I remember when I started off as a cadet, fresh and new, going out in the field without any experience in the force. I didn't know any citizens, and I didn't know the community at all. After I started to learn about Rockford and its citizens I started to get better at my job, I was promoted from Cadet to OFC, then to OFC and on. I stand here now as a Police Major thinking about how I was before, and how my journey with the police department started, and where it has brought me. I am very thankful for everyone who have gave me the chance to excel in this department, and I hope you will continue to let me. Since my time here as PD Command, I have brought forth some very critical ideas and new strategic plans that are very important to the Police Department. I understand all the responsibilities that come with being a Colonel and I know I can successfully handle them. During my time as PD Command I believe I have improved PD in many ways, I have given cadets exceptional training. I have made sure the Patrol Officers (OFC’s) I see that are almost ready to be promoted to SNR I give them a small little test in which they drive my vehicle and perform a traffic stop. I monitor the traffic stop and then from there I tell them if they are ready to be promoted or if they need to focus on some more points before getting promoted. One of our main focuses as PD Command is to remove the minges on PD and make sure the department performing smoothly. SGT+ should know how to deal with minge cadets and also how to effectively train. We now hold SGT+ meetings sometimes (As necessary) to make sure SGT’s are performing at their peak performance, if needed, a demotion can be handed down to CPL or below to SGT’s who refuse to train or train effectively. I will continue to dedicate my time and effort towards the Police Department and make sure that we are improving day by day. Command is an exemplary job/status. We need to show officers below us that this is how things need to be handled so that they can use the skills they learn from higher ups and use them with other officers. The main things we need to improve on during cadet training is Mingy Cadets, so mingy cadets lead to mingy OFC’s and so on, if we feel like the cadet is not taking the job seriously, we do have the right to refuse training and tell them to come back when they are more professional. By doing this we are actually limiting minges on the server and on in other departments. PD is the main department which lets Officers branch out to other departments like State Trooper, SRT, ARU, SWAT, FBI, etc. By focusing on our job by committing to lower minges we are making this server a healthier place for all. Another problem PD has been working on Is following traffic laws, which has been getting better slowly but we need full compliance when it comes to PD following traffic laws, we cannot expect the citizens to follow traffic laws if we cannot set a good example. I have seen PD get much better at this and I do like what I see. I will make sure we can continue this in an exemplary manner. We also need to make sure we are cracking down on the Partner System, if there are more than 10 PD on, they must be patrolling with a partner, this has many great benefits to it; You will have someone calling out on radio as you focus on driving, If a shootout occurs you will have a extra unit and also someone who can press their panic button a little faster. By doing this, you are making sure your life is safer and also interacting with other officers and learning about the department. We also need to enforce TeamSpeak checks randomly, we have a rule which states that All PD must be on TeamSpeak, and failure to be on TeamSpeak can result in a demotion. Being on TeamSpeak helps in many ways, first, other officers and command can get ahold of you when needed. Secondly, it also enhances your experience on this server by meeting other players. Without TeamSpeak you cannot attend cadet training or any PD Meetings. So being in TeamSpeak is a must and will be continuously monitored closely. As my time as Major for the Police Department, I think I have exceeded my expectations and have helped this department grow effectively. I would love to be a Colonel of the Police Department and I cannot wait to show you how I can continue helping this great department. Thank you all for your time and consideration; I hope you have an amazing rest of your day <3. Thanks for reading.

You agree that complaining or breaking any rules put down by High Command will result in your complete removal from PD Command (Yes/No): Yes, I understand.

I have known Tom for a while and he is very mature, from when he was a SM, to SRT and now applying for COL. Tom should really get COL, I know he should. He is active and always ready to respond to any complains or anything other departments request of him.

Good Luck Tom, I will always ❤️ you

Good luck Tom! I’m still sad you left SRT but I’m happy for you. You’ve shown your integrity and dedication and molded the PD into something great, just never forget where you’ve been while you’re wondering where you will be.
