They did this in front of ARU base so naturally they saw. ARU walked up to negotiate, I say help, and apparently it's failrp to use your mouth when you aren't gagged because 'it's a communication device.' Comms stripped is referring to cell phones, smart watches etc. If they wanted you to not speak they would either gag you or rip your tongue out of your throat. Anyways I disagree with the ARU about the FailRP accusations. You are allowed to speak as long as they physically haven't gagged you using the restraints. Comms smashed just means like using adverts, or pms to talk to people.
