GBT Why would you want to join our Forum Diplomat team (100 Words Minimum)? I would love to join the forum diplomat team because i think i would be a great fit. I love to help people and maintain rules. I have always adhered to the rules and this is shown on staff. Even when people are frustrated, shouting or being mean i am still positive and focus on helping them rather than getting upset over it. Helping people is in my nature, I always try my best to help people whenever i can, its what im mainly known for in the community! I hope that this takes me to my next steps and furthers me as a person. Would you consider yourself to have good judgement? If so, how? Yes as i remain un-bias and have no shame in saying someone is wrong (of course after explaining.) I always, always double check rules etc to make sure i am right in doing things. This ensures i give a appropriate response. How would you deal with a situation where a user is spamming the shoutbox due to getting banned from one of our servers? I would first hide the comments and apologise in the shoutbox. I would then PM the person and explain what is going on, i would talk to them and explain why its a violation of the rules.
