A new player starts with a decent amount of $ and they can do those options to get 20k 3 times so thay got plenty of money to buy a gun and when they see they need more they will start basing and Mining. Maybe even selling guns as a gun dealer or become a cop and find out they like it and go up the ranks. People are mad because they don't want to work for anything all you all want to do is go around shooting everyone. Think about RP we are a RP server you know, not a cops vs robbers server. This money price isn't to fit the realism standard but our own. The economy RN is massed up and people don't even base anymore.
