Losercuter Posted October 4, 2018 Share Posted October 4, 2018 (edited) Steam Name: Losercuter Ingame Name: "Don Kachino Action News" SteamID: Losercuter Ban Length: Perma-Ban Admin that Banned you: Spection-King Reason for Ban: As put by him (Spamming Admin Chat | MassStaffDis | NITRP | Not Complying With Staff | Lying To Staff | Not Mature. ) Dispute: So I am going out of my way for this, I could simply go to another server and enjoy myself and play but this is just an amazing display. I am going to go through the list of what happened, and each ban point. So this was all in character - Someone jailbreaks and I was "Kidnapped". This was all fun in game stuff. We go through the PD and end up in the SRT Building. We get Muted immediately before we can explain what happened (IN GAME) and then were sent off. We were speaking with admins - JellyPies and myself. Then we got teleported away by Spection again. This time unminged (Yay us.) Only for myself to get Immediately Minged for 1200 (20 Minutes I learned after trying to get information) I was however out in the open and listening to other people talk since I wasn't teleported to the room. Now, Lets go down the list of "Ban Reasons." Spamming Admin Chat - I was speaking to the other admins only for him to but in and ban after I asked them questions. MassStaffDis - I think this could be assumed that it was when I said "You need to be an admin by helping people and speaking with them." After he said "I don't want to talk." Which to me was a sign that he didn't care what a player in the server cared for. NITRP - THIS, is a major flaw in what he believed. I was a TV Reporter, a Citizen class without a prior job role just so I could do interviews with people on the street. I wanted to discuss in game why I was muted so that he would know it was In Character. If I had not intention to RP, that would break the whole reason on why I was trying so hard to fight it. Not Complying with Staff - Now, This I can understand but only toward himself. I wanted to speak with another admin to get an understanding of it all, which is reasonable in all forms of management from a career side, to a formal perspective. I wanted to speak to another admin, so shame on me for not complying. Lying To Staff - This makes no sense, the Log can show that. Not Mature - I tried to take the mature route with this all, and only ended up banned. That is an issue on it's own. I wanted to handle it civilized outside of being muted so I cannot even have a voice. So, Maturity aside this was just a childish display of this all. Now, I don't care if I am unbanned, this is moreso something I want people to look into, and re-evaluate the staff you have. If you unban me I will play, because I enjoy roleplay. I just want some form of reprimand for something that just shows that the Staff Needs a bit more work. On another note, The other Admins tried to speak to me, only to tell me that they cannot do anything because he outranks them. Meaning there was no point for them to try and help. That is sad to me. Staff should be able to handle if the player wishes to speak with another staff, or if he wishes to explain what happened, no matter how long it takes. I told you about 4 times not to come back into the SRT/SWAT base after I was already dealing with a minge and the car dealer. I then warned and minged you for 5 minutes. About 10 minutes later after I come back at spawn you were causing issues and trying to fight about the same reason. I said a few words and then you told me to Shut the FU## up and called me a few disrespectful terms. I then warned and minged you for a half hour I believe. You then were spamming admin chat asking to get unminged and I told you serval times to spamming the admin chat as you were not saying anything useful and said more disrespectful things to me in the admin chat. I see you have left out a lot of details. Now if you're really going to appeal this. Why would you lie about the situation? You claimed you were in an admin sit but no admin was present at the moment. If there was an admin dealing with you he would have seen me with you or bring you back. This full situation would have never happened if you didn't enter the SRT/SWAT base 4 times. After me telling you not to enter 4 times before physgunning you out each time.
