Trial Moderator 11 Have you read the staff guidelines at With my past experience on the Gaminglight staff team, support team, forum diplomat, and as multiple command positions, I have shown that I can be trusted with performing the duties of a staff member according to the handbook. I have been apart of Gaminglight for almost a year and a half now, and I know what is expected of the staff team. Since I have been here for so long, I know how the community works and the members expectations. This is a valuable tool when being a staff member. I know how to cater to a majority of the community which allows me to better connect with the issues players are having in SITs. I believe that throughout my time here that I have gained a trust with players that my decisions are fair to all parties, both with my decisions I made as Command and my decisions I made while on the staff team. I believe that the most valuable thing a staff member can do is create situations where all parties are happy. If all parties are happy it allows them to think more highly of the staff team and community as a whole, which would directly impact if that player decides to stay or leave Gaminglight. 15 How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? 1. I would !jailtp them to a staff situation on top of a roof where it would not effect RP 2. I would explain why they are in a sit and ask them to stop swearing. 3. If they continue to swear I would have them gagged for the duration of the sit 4. I would explain to them that they will receive a warning for mass rdm, and a minge (300 seconds if I was issuing the minge due to tmod time restrictions) 5. I would allow them to ask any questions about their punishment if they would like to. 6.
