I am very mature in alot of situations and I have read the rules a couple of times. I want to make roleplay for players the best I can. I also have a lot of playtime in the server, I played before the economy reset. Not only do I have allot of playtime, but I am very active. This amount of activity let's me help more people and I can get to know players better. I am also willing to be dedicated to being staff, I am willing to dedicate many hours on duty. I also have previous experience with being a staff on this server and am familiar with all the ulx commands. I also am great at getting players to cool down and I can de escalate any situation. I always respect my higher ups and any player that I rp with/talk to. I am also always willing to go on duty if nobody is on duty or if there are a lot of calls. I will also be unbiased and fair when taking a sit. I also have read the staff hand book many times now, and have basically memorized it. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? I would jailtp them, and ask them to cool down and why they mass rdmed. If they refused to cool down I would gag them and ask the person that called the sit for their side of the story. Than I would give the rdmer 1 more chance to cool down and defend themself before I get an admin to give them a 10000 second minge and I would warn them for NITrp/ Staff Diss/ RDMx4.
