My first reason is I show a maturity that many other people do not. I can talk to people very well and get along with them. Along with that, I get along with people and don't get mad. Some people get mad easily but I like to keep them calm. I would also like to be staff because this is my favorite server on Garrys Mod and I would like it to stay up and for people to enjoy and have fun on the server. I would also like keeping the community happy. The only thing I haven't done is forums. I look around at peoples opinions about the server and see what they have to say. I just don't reply often. That is why I believe I deserve Trial-Mod. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? When someone is Mass RDMing, the first thing I would do is bring them to a sit. If they are cursing out me I would politely ask them to stop cursing. If he/she hasn't stopped I would mute them to try to stop the cursing and yelling. After he/she has calmed down I would politely ask both of the people for each of there sides of their stories. If I found out and/or I got proof, I would warn them for mass rdm. However, if they didn't calm down from me trying to calm him/her down, I would minge them and try to get proof that he/she was rdming and them I would warn them. Sorry buddy, a week is nothing, you are very new to the community and need more time. I’m sure you would be a great mod but as of now I would suggest joining different departments, getting to know them and the people. Then reapply for staff when you are more well known. Try being a little more active in game if possible, and try not to break the rules as much. Remember, first impressions are very important. And always represent your self in a good way.
