How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? : First I would bring them to the event box/roof, I would ask the reporter if he has any video, when the reported starts to curse I'll tell them to chill out if they continue I would gag them and mute them (Muting to avoid any possible racism, homophobia, ETC in OOC) I would check logs and when I see the MassRDM I would warn him for "MassRDM | NCWS | NITRP | Staff Diss" then say in admin chat "Can a admin + ban *insert steamid* for 5 days for "MassRDM | NCWS | NITRP | Staff Diss" What would you do if you think a player is an alt account? : First I would NOT confront him about it I would go to SMT as soon as I find out with proof if no SMT is on I would go to JMT as soon as i cant get a SMT. What would you do if a player is threating to chargeback? : First I would get a clip of him saying threating to chargeback I'd go to JMT ingame if possible if not then I would go to the need JMT channel in discord and have it be dealt with by them. A family is mass minging and causing issues, how would you stop the family from minging? : Alright so there are a lot of minge families so I understand a group of friends like to have fun I would bring them to a roof and calmly explain to them what they are doing is not allowed and if they continue I would get a admin + and harsher punishments will be given How would you deal with a situation you don't know what to/don't know the answer to? : If I did not know how to deal with a situation I would first ask in admin chat about it, if no one answered then I would follow the COC and get the answer

(150 Word Minimum) I believe that I deserve this rank as I am active on the server and play whenever I have the time and when I am not on the server, I am always willing to hop on and give a hand with any issues being players needing assistance and such. I am also one of the very few people who plat late nights on the server and I have firsthand experienced what goes on and what people must go through when there is no staff on, and people have a bad time this is one of the main reasons I became staff to help people late nights with issues regarding players or questions about the server and any help in general. I also believe myself to always stay calm on the job and to never favour a side as I am always willing to hear everyone story and to help either party to come to resolution that benefits both people and not just one side. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? I would first start of by asking the plater who report the other player to explain what had happened however if the other player is yelling and cursing I would gag or mute them depending if they’re typing or talking, then and explain that they need to stop as this is not helping their case and I will hear them out after I hear the person who reported you, if I had found sufficient evidence that the plater had committed MRDM I would explain that they are going to receive a formal warning for MRDM / NCWS/ NITRP along with a ban for 5 days I would then ask in staff chat if a admin + could come to me to ban the player for 5 days and explain the following reasons if there was no admin + on I would then ban the player for the max amount I could being 4 hours and then make a ban extend on the forums. I would not confront the player about my suspicions and would go straight to SMT (Senior management team) when I have evidence of the account being an alt if there is no SMT at the time I would go to JMT (Junior management team). -What would you do if a player is threating to chargeback? I would gather a clip and evidence of the player threating to do a chargeback i would then ho to JMT (Junior management team) and would make a report and show the following evidence of the player threating to take this action. -A family is mass minging and causing issues, how would you stop the family from minging? I have had problems with large families or a group of friends going on the server I would bring the family that is being report for being mingy explain what they have done on the server and how they are coming across to players as mingy and tell them to calm down and try to work out a solutions with them, if the family was to continue after the sit and still be mingy I would then contact a admin + to hand out a harsher punishment. -How would you deal with a situation you don't know what to/don't know the answer to? (Don't answer with "I know everything!") If I was asked a question that I did not know the answer to I would first ask in the staff chat in game and if no one were to know the answer or respond I would then follow the chain of command to get the right answer and as quickly as possible.
