  1. At this point there's no need for me to continue this conversation after this post. I've been staff before and the solution to the issue has already been mentioned in above posts. ( Could of done a player report form or be on active duty ). Whenever SMT gets to this post, At this point both parties are in agreement and have found a solution. We both want the warn removed and I dont want Hannah in trouble. - P.S Thank you to Hannah you have forgiven me and I in return forgive you.
  2. The appeal isnt for me to apologize it's for the rules broken on the Staff Handbook that all staff verbally agree to obey. Should staff be able to break rules? Should we just let this go and look away because I like this Staff Member? That's questions you need to ask yourself. I prefer to let this be a win, win situation, Hannah wants my warn removed and I dont prefer her to be punished.
  3. To alleviate things, It was late at night, not many people were on. We were all having a good time i was even messing around with PD, and i made 1 joke to SRT Hannah ( Not Harassed ). We all make mistakes it happens. I agree with Nucleus that this should have been a Player Diss Form. This is clearly Biased Opinion, and I had no intention of targeting you ( Though you didn't give me the chance to tell you that, you are generalizing my actions as targeting when i thought I was joking around with a friend, i believe this was just a misunderstanding and could have been easily dealt with in the Staff Sit.) I didn't realize that it would of offended you, I thought you would have remembered me from my previous times on the server, but gave me no time to explain my self before telporting me back.

Took her own sit and wasn't on the admin job at the time of the OOC Message 2. Even after she brought me I immediately apologized but was not givin a chance to explain and was quickly given a warn and teleported back. 3. I have 0 warns and follow the rules well, Should have been a Verbal if she felt that was offensive. 4. I Wouldn't and won't make the same mistake again, especially if verbally warned not to do it again. Any extra information: Does not Cloak before taking sits. So shes kinda just flying around as the admin job in full view. Specifically states in Staff Handbook not to take sits that your Involved with or Witnessed off duty, And to be cloak at all times. Do not deal with your friends sits or an issue that you were involved or witnessed off duty. Any staff caught doing this will receive a strike or Removal from staff. Cloak yourself, while on duty at all times (it looks better than a bunch of admins flying around).

(150 Word Minimum) I've been playing on the server for about 7-8 months and I've enjoyed the community and player base so much that id like to get back into staffing again. If I had a choice to pick a server I'd want to be Staff on, it would be this one. Given my experience with staffing on the previous server, I've got training with Admin Commands and dealing with stressful situations. I always hear both sides of the story and reach a logical solution and a reasonable punishment ( if any is needed ). I feel I've made a decent impression in the servers player base and would like to take my chances at becoming staff and to serve the community in the best way possible. I know my activity has lacked lately but i will improve in the coming days. I ask of you to who actually read this to help me receive the rank of Trial Mod. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? Jail them and explain to them of the punishment they will receive. ( Would Receive Warns for Mass RDM and Staff Dis ) Proceed to call higher up staff to have them minged for 10,000 Seconds.

Yes Permission(Not required If applying for Lt-Cpt): NA Why should you be promoted? : I've been a valued member of the Police Department for a while now, since the early Stages of the Server. I have continuously represented a variety of values that I stand by in my day to day duties, taking the PD position to Heart. Committing a vast majority of my time, and effort, into ensuring that the Police Department is as respectful and dependable as possible. After working up to Sergeant, I took over the mantel of cadet training. I would be, and still am, as efficient and thorough as I can possibly be, instructing my cadets on the values of the Police Force. I have worked alongside some of the best Sergeant's that would help with the training as there would always be a large number of cadets throughout the day. As I become Master Sergeant's I took more command over the more Junior Officers. Helping them learn the ropes, how to interact with civilians, how to assist with Shootings, Traffic Stops, Pursuits, so on, and so forth. This Eventually got me my Sergeants Major Rank, and I’ve only pushed harder from there, to make the lower ranking officers excel in their field. Unfortunately not all Officers respect the rules and need to be Disciplined. I have worked with Low Command at bringing excellence to the PD. To achieve this, I have been assisting and correcting any errors that Officers may make, in hopes that they change for the better. Also by helping Officers Role Play more often and treat others with the same respect that has been shown to me, throughout my service as a Sergeant Major. Rockford is our city and it's our Duty to Protect it and its Inhabitants. How our Lower Ranks behave on the streets reflect on the Police Department as a whole. We want to let the people of Rockford know they are safe in our hands. A position in command is not something that should be taken lightly, it demands constant commitment and determination toward a Community. They must show Integrity. In addition, it goes without saying that Command requires Professionalism. In instances where there is a lack of Command members to lead the department, during certain time periods, I find the obligation to command any officers who are in need of Leadership and Guidance. I will supervise the Patrol Officers and assign orders as needed. Taking on multiple tasks at once, to try to make PD efficient and Professional. To help progress the Department, and to see it Develop and Grow. Ive been Head Admin for about a year from Feb 2016 to March 2017 on Revival Servers. Then a Director from March 2017 to August 2017 then retired. Im a little rusty but would like for the community to give me a chance. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? When i bring them I would jail them, then try to ask questions why they are RDM'ing players. If they continued using vulgar language and did not try to have a civil converstation with me, i would be forced to gag them. I would explain to them that they would be reciving a warning for RDM'ing, Staff Dis, Mic Spam. Call an admin+ to minge for 10,600 Seconds.
