To my side of the story I got a report of a cop (Ryan) blocking the road infront of the bank, I TP and see that they set up a very ODD checkpoint that wasn't working out and was blocking traffic, I picked up Ryan asking him who gave him permission and to either move the checkpoint or take it down. After Vizz comes over and tells me he didn't have permission to set up a checkpoint there but in fact he was supposed to set it up infront of the FBI base. So I ask Ryan to remove the check point countless times where he keeps yelling at me "No I have permission to have this" over and over again. So I bring him to the SRT roof top to speak to him and tell him to take it down. This is where the running off the building in a sit starts, The second time he ran off he was already low health from falling the first time so when he was falling me and Vizz both grabbed him and it glitched and dropped him and he died. I TPed him back and froze him while Vizz issued the warn and than we let him go after. So the reasons we dealt with this, and also issued the warn were -Checkpoint was in the wrong location -It was blocking traffic -Not listening to staff -Running away from the sit All I wanted to do was tell you to remove the checkpoint but you brought it on yourself for not listening to us and running away from us.

(150 Word Minimum): I am a very active member of the community and have gotten to know many people over the time period I have been here at gaming light. You will see me in the early mornings, mid day and very late nights patrolling usually as CERT unless I join of my other departments/jobs ( State, SPMU, FTO, EMS, SS, PD, Dispatcher, Etc). I have helped resolved multiple issues before a staff is called because I see the issues being very simple as someone is not being trained, someone is being treated poorly, people are minging and acting like children and I try my best to act as a adult and help them become good roleplayers. I try my best to make a difference in this server by changing peoples attitude towards it and doing random acts of kindness. I do this often as well as I know when you first get into the server its kinda hard to make money so I will set up stands and bases infront of spawn where you enter and get money from myself or the bit racks I have put down for the civilians. I try my best to create a state of roleplay where everyone is having a great time and no matter if you keep dying or getting raided your still having fun and keeping up the RP. I believe with me being able to get on late at night until early morning and having the positive attitude that I have, I can really help solve many problems and help gaming light ridden its servers of the minges that rush in and try and ruin it for others. I would also like to say if I were to become staff I am a very easy going person and will give you the amount of respect you give me but I am in no way shape or for a push over, when it is needed I am a very strict person and will lay down the law when it is needed but usually I am my normal kind self . Also I will admit to you all sometimes I have in the past let my emotions get to me as a civilian/law enforcement officer but never have I ever lost my cool as a staff member on any other server and I promise I will not on this server if I get the chance. I have been really having an amazing time here at gaming light ever since SantosRP closed down I have been looking for a server with real RP and I went through many servers up until I came here and now I just want to give back by helping the server grow and helping people make a difference in this community. I am looking forward to being here for a really long time and can't wait to see how amazing PoliceRP really can be. I am a great team player and would love to be apart of the family you guys call the gaming light staff team and bond with all of you. I believe overall I have all the needed skills and more to be a Trial-Mod and hopefully you give me a chance! Thank you for reading this How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you?: I would bring them to a roof and jail them first and tell him/her to not speak and if they do I will gag them, I would than check over logs and bring the people who reported him and figure if this all went down first. After I have proven what he did I would return the others and speak to them 1 on 1. I would ask them why are they rdming, what are they getting out of it and soon on. I would try and profile the member and attempt to stop them from minging because I see everyday more and more people rdming and minging for reasons such as not getting trained as a cadet or being treated poorly by others. Instead of only punishing these members I would try and solve there issues and turn them into respectful members, by training them and dealing with the issues that cause them to turn to this behavior. I want to stop them before they do it again and were forced to take more actions against them. Sorry about the numbers on the left! It wouldn't let me remove them ! ? ! ? ! Another thing is, if you do make the changes for us to be the DOC tac unit, CERT will die because as snooki said no one wants to sit by the jail cells and everyone will move to SRT and SWAT. Idk why you guys want to change CERT so much its fine where its at. We could use some tools but its fine and everyone whos in it loves it and were a family.
