(Can be any length) I believe I deserve this rank, because I have few experience of doing staff in Gmod and Minecraft, and I have good understanding of rules, I can on duty 3-4 days in a week.I can talk to others politely and kindly. In my timezone, there are always no staff online so I want to keep the players in that timezone following the rules. 15. First I will clam them down, and use my kind word to stop him then I will tell them the rule friendly but not scold at them. If they recognize their wrong I will give verbal warning.If they keep cursing at me, I will give a staff disrespect warn and a warn of RDM.
