Why do you think that your Staff Restriction should be removed? (longer the better):  The reason why my Staff Restriction should be removed is for the following reasons. Th3, I would like to apologize for you giving me a second chance on becoming staff in June of 2019 on SCP-RP without me even mentioning what I am doing or where I went with currently always changing my name didn’t help the Situation. The trust you had given me again for the second time was revoked when I broke that while not posting a resignation on SCP-RP for Staff. I’ve learned a lot of knowledge these past 5 months from the beginning of August on what not to do and to be mature and just talk with either HoS or the Manager of the server which I should have done back in the end of July. Igneous, I would also like to apologize for you giving me a second chance for becoming staff on your server for SCP-RP in June. You and Th3 read threw my first appel and I thank you guys for understanding what I was going threw at that time of me just being burnt out as I felt I didn’t know what I was doing with Gaming light. At the same time with my first Staff Restriction, school was another big set back with my courses being harder that semester. The main reason why I left and didn’t either posting an resignation is because of me being faulty and I’ll say this, all of this could have been avoided if I spoke with HoS early and told my Situation which I will on the Staff Restriction Appel. During this time of me being staff I noticed the player base wasn’t the same as it was in March of 2019.What I mean by this is that there was much more drama was created and certain people had resigned from Staff duties and RP jobs. During this time people started to leave Gaming light or switch servers, what I mean is for example an Nu-7 Commander resigned and switched to another Gaming light server. As that example I stated some of the same aspects I expected when I retuned in June wasn’t there on SCP-RP as in March but in Imperial-RP it was something I felt that was similar and enjoyed actually getting on and playing. Another big aspect on why I didn’t come back or explain anything is due to me working at a part-time job during the summer which took up a lot of my day and wasn’t available to get on when I got home. This part-time job I had took up a lot of my hours in the summer which I needed for personal reasons that I cannot say. As playing on SCP-RP, I didn’t enjoy myself and felt like I was getting forced to get on since no one I knew from March wasn’t there anymore or was to higher up to have that same bonding experience again. As on Imperial RP, I regained that same feeling as in March on SCP-RP which I’m actually glad to hope on and have a good time with those people who either switched or met new faces in Imperial RP. One more thing I would like to apologize for is trying to apply for Staff while Staff Restricted, information was not true that I was told but wasn’t that persons fault since an database wasn’t updated. Overall this is why I never came back on SCP-RP without saying a word to anyone which I regret to this day. Thank you for reading Th3 and Igneous. Edit: This is for Imperial RP, not for SCP-RP. I don’t play on SCP-RP anymore but my Staff Restriction is on SCP-RP so it needs to be applead in the forum section here. It’s brought over to any Gaming Light server. One last edit was my time period and restriction. It started on the 11th of September and ends in March.

(150 Word Minimum) I believe I deserve Trial Moderator because of my past experience on SCP-RP and always accepting sits and also player feedback. I just recently resigned as a Trial Moderator in March of 2019 and I will regret what I did. Since then I have appealed my Staff Restriction and it has been accepted I have a second chance at what I started previously. Trial Moderator is a job that I would like to acquire so I can benefit the SCP-RP players in assisting for roleplay. I do have past experience on a SCP-RP Gaming-Light since I was a Trial Moderator before and I understand how ULX works also. To be active on a Staff Job is most important since people need help on SCP-RP and I will always be there to assist anybody in need. No matter what if a higher authority staff says to do something I will obey no matter the objective and no questions asked. I do not break down in a sit or when something dramatic is happening and always staying focus on the task that needs to be done. With my school situation I have past my exams very well and I believe I'm ready to become staff again. Never will I abuse my powers when playing SCP-RP and only using my staff powers on the Staff Job. Maturity is the key to becoming Staff and also to open yourself up to new things by other people. My last key component to this is always teamwork with other Staff member’s which I'm really good with communication and also listening to everyone’s story in a staff sit. This is why I believe I should become Staff on SCP-RP. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? I would attempt to calm down the Mass RDMer so we can speak calmly without anger. If the Mass RDMer isn't responding to my request, I will gag the Mass RDMer since he or she is unable to speak maturely in a respectful respected community. I would bring the person who reported the Mass RDMer and asked him to explain his side of the story as both story's is important to every staff sit. Since I had the person who made the ticket story, now I will ungag the Mass RDMer to see if he or she is ready to speak. If the Mass RDMer is taking maturely then I wouldn't gag them anymore and let them speak freely. If they were still swearing or saying anything rude I would regag them. I would now check staff logs to see if he or she Mass RDMed and if true, I will proceed accordingly. Since I heard both sides of the story or only one side since the Mass RDMer isn't cooperating, I will now do !warn and warn the Mass RDMer. Now I would call a Higher Staff Member to come to the Sit and Minge him or her for over 10,000 seconds as stated in the handbook. The reason being is due to the fact that I’m not eligible for Minging over 10,000 seconds as a Trial Moderator and I would get an Admin+.

Staff Member that Staff Restricted you: th3, Igneous.  Reason for Staff Restriction: The reason why I was Staff-Restricted was because I resigned as a Trial Moderator. Why do you think that your Staff Restriction should be removed? (longer the better): The first thing I would like to say that is I would like to apologize to the SMT that accepted me and thought I had what it took to become SCP-RP Staff. After the overall 3 month’s I have thought about why I resigned as a Trial Moderator and regret it to this day. If I just have waited a couple of hour's I would have been Moderator since the Sunday was promotion's for SCP-RP Staff. I will regret the decision I made during March of 2019 and have to live with the consequence. During this time period I wasn’t myself and I would only play Garry’s Mod SCP-RP which always made me feel horrible since I had friends wanting me to go out and hang-out. My school work wasn’t getting done either and my grades started slipping which I had to do something about the situation. In the Month of March, 2019, I resigned from SCP-RP Staff as a Trial Moderator and also all together of SCP-RP. After this resignation I felt like I could get caught back up in school and also be myself with my friends. Recently school is almost done for me and I’m just doing exactly what I promised myself. Another feature I can do from now is balance of SCP-RP and the real world also so it will not mess with my real life. If my Staff Restriction would be revoked I will never do what I did and speak with a SMT immediately about the situation in-hand.
