Didn't you appeal your blacklist 3 times? And wasn't it for joining a different community that harmed the community which i haven't done, so instead of telling me to keep my friends in check keep yourself in check first. You dont even know the full story i did try to help in a vc with snar and said sorry for his actions and all that, so why not end it their pal, before you dig up some of your misfortunate past.

I was banned for being friends with a certain someone [whose name i will not bring up] but that person had made bad decisions and threats that were a quiet arrest able offense, But i had 0 part in anything with threats, at the end of the day the person in question that made the threats did nothing to the server and that is because he cannot do anything, it was all talk. Now at the time i made another blacklist appeal but it was denied for me being a "risk" to the community and i was told to keep my friends in check, now since this incident i have cut off all ties with the certain individual. I feel like members of the community that remember me could back me up in this statement, I would never like to cause harm to this community especially since I've been here for years and from what i know since the certain individual has been banned no issues have been caused to the community. Now i understand i could be a "risk" but there are still many staff in this community that have ties with him so classifying me as a risk would be benign just do to the fact anyone in this community could be a risk at the end of the day. I care enough about this server to make a 2nd appeal after being denied because i still want to play here, the staff that had banned me have left the community from what i have heard. I have not caused any harm to this server ever and if i really wanted to it impossible i'm banned on TS3 [which IP bans you] i cannot connect with an alt due to the addon that blocks game shared users. And i also feel like a blacklist was excessive due to the fact people who get blacklisted are racists or homophones i was simply just friends with someone who mad bad decisions so i don't feel like that should penalize me from playing here. And at the time of me being banned i was a Senior Moderator, Had 2 custom classes on Police RP, SRT Breacher and a SCOL on the Military RP and some Jedi rank on star wars so i don't see why i would want to loose all those ranks. At the end of the day i was held responsible for someone else's actions which i find to be unfair, and the person who mad the threats has still not attaked the community or its members from his ban date to today because his threats were fake and he could not back himself up aka [SKID] PS: i feel like this should be an exception to the blacklist rule because this is a truly false blacklist

My friend and i had Carjacked someones car, my friend though did in a admin sit which was not right but that is not what we are here for. We drove around in the car for a little while then we brought it back to out base. Out of nowhere the admin teleports to my base and says we need to return the car since my friend took it during and admin sit. At first i got into the car and said "no we want out car back that he took first" which i believe sounds resonable since the person didnt even advert carjack, but then shockingly like im some criminal he jailtps outside of the car instead of asking me to get out of of it. i started saying "this is abuse" "let me go". Then out of nowhere the admin teleports the victim of the carjacking to our which in which he can now see every printer and bitminer we have. So at this point i was furious he made us open our gate and froze us both and let the guy drive out with the car. Then when he drove out and the sit was over my friend open the gate and shot at the victim since he was on kos property but then again Cheeto had to come and say the sits not over until i say it is even though he flew away. Now at this point im boiling he lets the victim drive off some more and then cheeto flys off and my friend shoots at the guy who took the car back since he had our car and the victim dies. Then cheeto comes back again and starts yelling at my friend and warns him for shooting during and admin sit WHEN THE SIT WAS OVER AND HE WAS GONE! then i say in chat "HE WAS GONE ITS NOT A SIT f*** off" cheeto says "goto the fourms, this isnt my first time being staff, this isnt my first rodeo ;)" the he teleports to me and says that is it ur getting warned, for what i dont even know at this point. Then after he warns me for the reason stated above which make 0 sense i complied with him the whole entire time and i dont know what staff warn means. This staff member felt like it was necessary to randomly make sits when he felt like and every time i said this isnt necessary or can u please type so i can understand you he gave me the response of well thats your problem not mine. Any extra information: this has been the worst staff situation i had ever had to where its my first warn appeal. the staff member had a bunch of bias. The staff member still while writing this is harassing us in game by watching our every step and just standing infront our base waiting for us to do somthing he can yell at us for. i did have obs recording but it wasent set to the right audio input and output so i just trashed it.

What you want to see? - Move the Bus,Taxi and truck car spawns to the RTA building next to moive theater Why should we add it? - It would make more sense for them to be there because RTA is the Rockford Transport Authority which would make sense for the taxi and bus etc...
