I am good at ending presuits and I do great traffic stops and give realistic fines to people who need one because of what they did. I am always helpful and nice and people also I am usually in a good mood and don’t get worked up about things. I also don’t complain about things much and. I do what higher ups tell me to do and I still listen to lower ranks and there ideas. I in joy being PD command to help people out. Also if I get promoted I can help even more which is what I love doing is help people out. I like to give rides to lower ranks not just OFC. I’m nice to people who have questions. I am good at solving problems that people ask me to help them out and I help them out. I am never to busy and I can do more than one thing at a time. I like to help tactical units out if they let me sometimes. I’m am good at finding subjects but sometimes they die because they are hurting other officers but we can’t save everyone. I consider myself a strict PD Command Member because I'm sick of all the officers not listening to there higher ups and that think they can get away from not doing there job correctly well let's just say this I'm going to be cracking down on officers not doing there job correctly and that refuse to take commands from PD Command I'm trying my hardest to keep this Police Department serious and a Department where everyone can enjoy and learn some new stuff. I always try and take time out of my day to train cadets the reason why I like training cadets as a PD Command Member is because I want to make sure that they fully know on whats going on and that when they leave that cadet room that they go outside and do there job correctly and If I see them not doing there job correctly I will just pull them back in and retrain them simple as that. If I was to become a Colonel I would do a lot for this Police Department as I said before I'm going to be 100% always active and keeping this Police Department a better place for others! as I said before I'm a well known PD Command Member and I feel like other people would trust me and some other people would like to see me as a Colonel and I'm willing to take anything that is thrown at me like reports, officers need help really badly, Cadets needs to be trained fast etc... I'm willing to my a lot of dedication and my time into this Police Department. I think and I believe I'm ready to become Colonel as I have taught myself many things and I have been taught by other High/Low command in the Police Department on how PD Command works how we do our jobs. I was apart of this amazing community for a very long time although I had to step away due to family and IRL reasons. Although all that is now over and I would love to return and help and work for this server and this community cause I miss playing with so many players, I’ve made a lot of good friends here and I would like to make more, and also become staff again and help make this server a whole lot better i fill that i can do my job as staff and make sure that the players and i and having a great time on the server. 15. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? I would ask them to please gather him/her self and explain what happened and what got them to the point of them committing the act they they are now being called on. I'll give him/her a Verbal warning for the staff diss and hope that he/she will have calm themselves so I can get to the issue at hand. Then I would punish him/her with a Warning for the RDM if they are convicted and there is proof of them doing it.and if they have proof or i look at plogs i would get a SMT to band them.

This is probably the hardest choice I have made within this Community I have made my Decision to leave the Community, This might be a Shock to some, might be a Denied to some, might even be a Delight to some people, Whatever you think is fine, I respect your choice. I joined this Community in January 2017, I first played PoliceRP and it was way different to the way it now. You may be askin why? I have my own reasons and I think some good things have to come to an End. I just want to continue with my life and stuff.
