Crash screen popups

So as of yesterday, I've been lagging really bad, I can't move much, and the crash screen pops up every few seconds. I cannot provide screenshots because these popups happen instantly. I've heard that a few other people who play on PoliceRP gets this crash popups. I've tried resetting my computer and my router and it is still the same. Can someone please help? If any of you guys are having the same issue, please respond to this post and hopefully this will be fixed soon.

Might work but you could try uninstalling all addons and just download addons for servers you play on.

Try re downloading all your addons for POLICERP, assuming that PoliceRP addons are a majority of your addons. If that doesn’t work, try deleting GMOD off your computer entirely, doing a computer restart, and re download it. Check your Garry Mod folders and make sure you don’t have any outstanding or weird files in there. Now, this may be a connectivity issue. If that is the case, check your router. Try doing a few router restarts and computer restarts. If that doesn’t work alone, try everything above. Garrys Mod is a very old game that doesn’t get that many updates, so re installing it could fix the issue. Sorry for the inconvenience and hope you can get it fixed soon Commander!
