Certainly this is my PC build the I made with the help of friends and tech forums because I cannot play on 20 FPS on PoliceRP anymore with my Intel HD Integrated Graphics.

How do you think on how it's coming along. Is there any changes i can make? If so, can you help me out and suggest some things I can do to make my build better.

Good build, but just so you know Gmod isn't a graphical Intensive game at all.  Rather it's CPU intensive.  If i where you, I'd drop down to a 1050ti (still really good) and buy a Better prossesor.  Maybe an i7 equivalent

I got windows 4 days. My dad works at a IT company. I also got a a free msi gtx 1080 so I don't need a gpu now and with the extra money and some birthday money I switched to a i9.
